I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews. We’ve had a trying order timing our delivery with the settlement of a new apartment.
Nicholas has been so helpful and flexible in aligning our dates, and informative along the way.
Coco was one of the only places that had the contemporary designs we were looking for at a reasonable price.

I had an opportunity to visit coco republic store in Moore park after visiting their Alexandria store a few times. Always felt it was a high end furniture store, however I met the consultant Vaishnavi at Moore park supa centre who was knowledgable, reassuring, explained why an product costs what it costs and was pretty helpful with her interior designing expertise. It was an absolute pleasure meeting someone who is passionate about her work and is service oriented rather than sales oriented. When you go in ask for this design consultant Vaishnavi who takes in a lot of care and consideration when setting up your new home.

From what I remember from my student days, Ikea definitely had better quality control than Coco and probably better customer service too. Do NOT buy from this company, just shocking. Have spent tens of thousands with this company, will never spend another cent. Not only is quality bad but customer service even worse. Have spent more than 10 months and countless phonecalls to get a refund and have not got it yet despite being told would get it numerous times. Genuinely mind boggling how any business can be this useless.

They discontinued a product (planter) and would not sell it to me off the floor because their operation manager says there is nothing to replace it with! As if one planter is going to destroy the look of their store!

I was looking at purchasing their lighting as well but after this I will not walk in a Coco Republic store ever again.

Coco Republic puts items on sale, indicates they will deliver them in November but as soon as you’ve bought them, they let you know a couple of days later they don’t have them in stock and won’t be delivered for another 3 months. It’s not just us, it’s happened to our friends and it happened before Covid. Seems to be a sales strategy.

Terrible service! Terrible quality! My furniture was delayed 3 months!
Then when it arrived they lost the bed!

Worse service I have ever experienced in my life. I've ordered a bed 8 months back and the items still have yet to arrive and no ETA. Every time I call back, they would say the delivery is delayed without giving a reason why. There's no communication from them at all, I have to constantly chase up and several times, I was promised a call back but it never happened. It's getting to the stage I think this is a huge scam and they just took my money without ever intending on giving me the products! 8+ months and no end in sight!

I bought a max sparrow table which had some issues and the staff contacted me and would like to offer me a $200 gift voucher as a good gesture which I was very pleased with. The instructions to use the voucher was for me to go to a max sparrow store to spend it. So i did it recently, I picked up two cushions from the store (Auburn Store) but they refused the voucher saying that the cushions even though is sitting at the max sparrow store, they are from coco republic and i can't use it. They asked me to refer back to customer service. I did that and they said i need to talk to the store. Been taken around the circles and don't have a solution now. Please help.

The furniture we bought looks fabulous. Unfortunately the TV cabinet arrived damaged. The internal shelf was damaged beyond repair and the interior was scratched. Initially the response from Max Sparrow was that they would replace the item with a new one. However after sending emails and making phone calls I have had no response. Very disappointed with the lack of service from what is supposed to be an expensive store.

I had been looking for a new couch and coffee table at Moore Park Supa Centa. I ended up walking into Max Sparrow and just adored their unique, beautifully made furniture. My experience was made all the better by Yve and Louise who took the time to help make sure the 2 sofas and coffee table I chose would fit the space. Thank you so much your expertise and great customer service. I can't wait to receive my furniture.

All I say is don't go near them. February I bought kitchen lounge and buffet furniture total 30,0000$.
All had to be replaced bad quality. They forgot 2 items and since March
I have not been able to contact them and they will not return any calls or emai. Now I have to go to fair trading.

I had a bad experience with Max sparrow, very bad customer service and you receive not good condition items after delivery such as broken items.

We bought a Winchester sofa and armchair last September and we absolutely delighted with the unique style, material, the quality of the product and the white glove Delivery service in Sydney. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I recommended to my daughter who ordered some pieces of furniture as well.

The customer service at the Auburn store was exceptional, really happy with the quality of our Hartley bedsides!

Love the furniture from Max Sparrow & Coco Republic. Our sales experience with Max Sparrow Castle Hill was great, payment upfront is a little out of the ordinary, regardless we wait for 12 weeks and the lounge arrives. White glove delivery service is a joke, they marked it during installation and didn't put it together correctly, it also had some small issues. Spoke with customer service, helpful although we had to chase them so we just sent it back and they agreed on a full refund. Lounge gets picked up 9th February and then we wait for the refund, again we had to chase it - 7 to 10 days was the suggested time. Chased up on March 4th they insist on refunding to Zip Money, only thing is, I had paid the account so now I have to get the money from them. I understand mistakes happen although other than sales the whole experience was just hard work and a waste of time. Very disappointed.

Great quality and prices. Moore Park showroom is awesome.

We dealt with Suzan Cowan of Max Sparrow, Fortitude Valley store in Brisbane and found her to be excellent. She helped us choose all of our furniture and it was a great experience.
