Never received the medication paid for, contacted customer service and advised there are delays, Australia post advised the item can’t be delayed that long.
Customer service isn’t interested in helping or actually supplying the items ordered

I am a return customer who usually receives her order in a few days. This time have I not only not received my order in a timely fashion I haven’t even received an email to confirm it has been shipped and it has now been over 10 days since ordering. When trying to call to resolve I am unable to get through on the 1300 number. Am now an extremely disappointed and frustrated customer and am testing the refund process! Will see how difficult that will be!

I placed an order for some tablets on the 2nd of June and right until this day I have not received anything at all. Usually other companies and online businesses I have deal with I get my items delivered within 7 days max but this company takes forever for deliveries. So if you happy to wait almost a month for your product go ahead and get from here otherwise just shop somewhere else we the delivery is more efficient.

I never give reviews because I'm lazy however Ive been buying dog flea treatment from here for months and it is by far the cheapest I've ever found, $30-$40 cheaper than anywhere else and free shipping-amazing, very happy to give five stars, I keep coming back:)

I ordered a 6 tablet Nexgard pack and I got it but it was flatten in a hard envelope like shown in the picture. ; I won't be ordering from them again

I still haven’t received my order! My order was placed on the 15th December, shipped on the 16th December. The only update I received was to let me know the order had been shipped - there is no other way to track your delivery location / status. Rang customer service on the 4th Jan - as they say not to call any sooner than 10 days, only to find that my order is being returned. And that I will receive redelivery once they receive it. Again no way of tracking this. Given Nexgard for my two dogs is a part of the order and that they are now overdue for this I have no choice but to source it elsewhere. I would not recommend this company for items you actually need or paid for. A grossly outdated logistics / tracking system which results in a very poor customer service experience. Back to Pet Circle for me!

Great range of products at the best prices I can find. Very helpful and almost instantaneous response to any questions I may have. My "go to" for all my dogs' medications.

Both my animals were infested with fleas, big time. I ordered Nexgard from a vet supply company. They delivered the product on time. When they arrived, they looked the same as what we used to buy from the store nearby. Plus, they worked very efficiently and protected our animals for the entire month.

Blantant liars, avoid
Website clearly advertises Next Day Dispatch in large red font at the top (the main reason I ordered through them). After following up 4 days later, the goods have still not been shipped. Customer service response. "it should be sent out today".

My recent experience with Vetsupply was very disappointing. I have only had one bad experience with Vet Supply, I think the reason for my action is that I had contacted them so many times without any helpful resolution.

This company is not a good business to deal with. They say at the top of their home page - FREE SHIPPING & NEXT DAY DESPATCH - This is not an Australian company! There are plenty of little Aussie businesses that will take care of you and your pets. STAY AWAY FROM VETSUPPLY!
