If possible I would rate it zeros, I had really bad experience there, not professional at all, irresponsible for the customer, the staff canceled the appointment by herself without telling me. No one took charge of it and it totally wasted my time!

Very rude, and disrespectful, won't let u speak and when u do try and talk, they (Alex) cut u off halfway in the middle of a sentence,

Instead of helping it is stress, you went to the interview and than they ask you to leave and will mark you attend

Very helpful and friendly. If you haven’t been there before ask for Dania, as she was very bubbly and great to deal with.

Just so unprofessional they say they will call you but don't, you try to ring them and your waiting on the phone all day and then if they close they cancel your payments saying you didn't attend your phone call appointment terrible way to run a government job agency every fortnight i have to fix up my payments due to this ongoing incompetence

I was registered with max employment for over 2 years and it was a horrible experience, the job consultants are unprofessional, incompetent. I have been asked to give feedback by management in the past about their services and honestly all I can say max employment wasted my time and the manager is irresponsible as the manager never returns calls or assists me whenever I have a issue. I give them zero stars.

Full of nasty people and I run away to another agency which is amazing after government offered option. I have masters degree and they sent me for interview as cleaner. I'm way more educated then totally of them all at Max employment Max employment should be shut down immediately and forever.

Horrible Experience! No sort of help or willingness to help. I guess all that matters to them is their pay check at the end of the month. Totally disappointed and finally switched to another agency. I do not recommend Max Employment at all. They can’t even get back to a customer who actually has a scheduled meeting on a set date/ time. Very irresponsible. No response when you call them. If you are actually looking for work or assistance in finding employment, please do not waste your time here. They don’t even find make the effort of going through your resume to find suitable jobs. I think it should just close down. Pretty useless.

Since I couldn't reply to your response, I shall do it here. Firstly, I personally called at 2.33pm on the 27th of Jan to complain. And I was told that the manager will call me back. I am still waiting for a response or a call back. So please do not pretend to care and act like you really want to improve any service. Being paid for nothing! And here we are desperate to find work and actually have lots to bring to the table. Pathetic! If you actually wanted to change anything, would have done it by now. Not be collecting negative reviews one after another. So please stop pretending like you care!

This place is horrific. The girl I deal with Alex Mao in sydney office is rude. Very rude, she was late calling me for an appointment we had set up and told me it’s my fault. Since I been looking for work she messing with my demerit points. Do NOT use them as your job provider, they care nothing about helping you. Just down right rude, no customer service. DO NOT use them, you been warned.

Oh what a waste of time this was. Not a single job recommendation let alone job interview. They made a lot of empty promises such as a free of charge opal card, what would be automatically topped up by them, which somehow must've disappeared in the mail?
I applied for a job at a Law Firm on my own, and got the job without any assistance from these people. Max Solutions did not help at all, don't waste your time.

Not contactable when you need them. No help in finding jobs. Have no jobs available to offer.
They only interested in breaching you. And getting you off payments.
I would recommend walking in there and asking for a transferring agreement form.
That way you can choose another employment network provider.
