The only disability employment provider I have found that finds participants jobs that actually fit the skill and capability of the client, rather than putting them into a sweatshop like other agencies attempted.

Without a doubt the worse job provider I have ever been with. Not only are they rude but also absolutely useless at their jobs. Never once received a call or email back. Never follow through and get stuff done. Felt like talking to a brick wall. NEVER GO HERE.

Absolutely useless people never call you on the day they are supposed to call you.very bad customer service and very rude as well. From experience in talking to them on the phone.would never recommend them at all.

Absolutely very disappointed with this mob.was meant to get a phone call from them today which never happened.now got a message saying that I won't be paid tomorrow. I'm 58 yo with emphysema and centrelink thinks I can work are.sorry very annoyed with Max ability

Been a client for a while all I can say is I've made a complaint to manager for Parramatta office she lovely lady problems sort of fixed at first but then my consultant reverted back to being useless. Some of the constants just don't care about you. I will be switching service providers.

Steer clear of this job provider you be wasting your time and energy

2nd occassion where I have wasted hours waiting for Max Employment to phone me back. Today, it's been over 3hrs and still waiting. I don't want to risk missing another call so I have stopped doing anything else so that I can watch the phone.

Terrible process if you happen to miss a phone appointment because they will only call once and if you miss the call, they will not try to phone you again. You have to phone them and the wait for a callback starts all over again.

I am frustrated to be forced to have to speak with Max Employment. I wish I had a better choice. Interesting to see the responses from Max Employment to previous reviews.what are you doing about the overwhelmingly negative feedback?

Very disappointed in this place offer no assistance at all I have a job interview to go to but no way of getting there so I asked if they could help me and all I got is centrlink pays me transport money like f they do had to rebook because of this

Had an appointment with Rayanne. I came in on time and she told me she would be 5 min so I said okay sure, half an hour later still chatting with her colleagues and having a laugh she rudely calls me to see her like I owe her something. I asked her if my resume needs to be updated and she said don't worry about it while engaging with a lady by the name of Karen who were both chatting to each other about their intimate moments with their partners, absolutely disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady (Karen) said she is the manager and if i had a job I wouldn't have to come into Max, this is just not acceptable as an employment agency to help clients find suitable work by giving condescending remarks.
