Im seeing alot of complaints in the reveiws but me personally they helped me to do any courses i need or ask for, if i need work clothes or a money for fuel they pay for the clothes and send a digital giftcard for fuel, as for the appointments every week or two just ask for phone appointments, they ask how you've been doing and if there's anything they can help with and it's done in 3-5minutes.

All you have to do is ask

Did nothing to help. Absolutely rubbish couldn't even make a phone call.

They helped me got my first Aid and police clearance for the job I applied for and I got the job ️

Max Employment Newcastle are hands down the worst provider I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re lazy, rude, self centred and do nothing to understand extenuating circumstances. Had nothing but problems with them every single time. Many a time you sit in the office and have to wait for the staff to finish their conversation before they’ll attend to you and then take stupid amounts of time to complete the simplest of tasks. Wouldn’t waste time or effort with them as you will be greatly let down by this abysmal excuse of an employment agency

Majority of staff here are lazy and do nothing to help the clients. Avoid at all costs

Multiple occasions I have showed up to a scheduled appointment and sat to be left waiting for a half hour or more.
I have to drive to my appointments, paying for parking, to have my time and money wasted to watch staff have a friendly discussion and ignore those attending appointments.
Better off driving further out of the way and going ANYWHERE but here.

Don't go near this place no matter you are a employer or employee. They will promise you the whole world before you sign up, but actually they will do nothing to help you unless its something to do with their own benefit. Some job they provided is paying way less than the minimum wages and if you don't go to the interview they will cut your centrelink payment!
