As a client of Max Employment I would rather be referred to another employment agency because I don't get the help I need when searching for new employment. Max Employment are paid by the Australian Government to assist clients in the employment market! The caseworker I have at the moment is very hard to work with because I can not understand he's English! All I can understand is when he says my name! If I were you I wouldn't want to be referred to this Max Employment, in saying that I'm pretty sure that all Max Employment Agencies aren't like this! I was with Max Employment a few years ago in another suburb and they were great! So when you are asked to seek employment by the government to receive government benefits, decline the offer to participate in relations with this Max Employment!

Would vote in negatives if I could. Heres my list so far.
1- Consultants do not look at your file to individually cater for you. You not an individual, you are a numbered cash cow
2- Consultants never ring back
3- With the new system in place, no one seems to really knows what they are doing
4- Ringing or bringing your complaints/feedback is not going to do anything apart from get off side with the consultants AND we all know where that ends up. Breached
5- Power hungry Karens aka the consultants need to find another job, maybe in the mines away from vulnerable people whose life is in these type of peoples hands

I would of replied sooner, if I had known you had answered me. There is no point in complaining to any dept as it will not fix the problem, the problem is Max Employment in general. Your Liverpool office was equally just as bad, but at least that was only a bus ride away.
I am fortunately not with Max any more but still receiving texts for interviews and txts with I am halfway through my points.do you even realise that you are not getting money for me or is Max that lazy?

This place is absolute rubbish. The workers in here are only there for easy money as none of them have the capability to obtain any work or resolve any issues! They rudely keep hanging up when the work load gets too much for them. A week later and i still havent gotten a call! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

Another get rich quick scheme. Taking advantage of the vulnerable. Funds used to benefit RTO and not used to help empower the sick and needy. Fake diplomas issued by incompetent money driven staff. Investigation needed.

I had a booked telephone session on a Friday book I called in a 11am like the message states that I received prior only to be told by a employee that the meeting is rescheduled for the following Monday I didn't receive any notice of change poor form and slack customer service where there memorandum operanus is where here for your benefit.
