MAX Employment Gosford

Came to this business briefly. They got commission based on jobs I got without their help. They make you come in for job searches, but their computers don’t have Microsoft Word to send applications to employers. They just wanted to know how many hours you worked and how many interviews you had. They just don’t care.

I am profoundly unimpressed by the unprofessional attitude of this company. I believe they have no actual prerogative to aid jobseekers or people who are searching for jobs alike. While trying to get information about this company and being greeted by a sign that says "All races, ages and genders welcome" I was alienated and treated poorly by two employees who shook their heads and gave me a look of disgust before I even got the chance to step inside, which caused me to turn tail and leave. Poor behavior and terribly unprofessional company. If the entire company has similar customer service that was given to me I am shocked that it still remains open for business and hope that this was just a one off experience. I apologize for the 1 star rating that I have deemed this company worthy of, however I believe it to be a fair and reasonable response in leu of being treated in such a way.

This company is the best job provider I have experienced, they understand circumstances and the appointments are well conducted to not waste anyone's time while still providing support.

They're always late for phone appointments.
If I was late I'd have my payment cut off.

"Got a job yet? "
"No"
"Ok talk you in a month" *click*

Waste of funding

Poor service from male staff/mentor
Having to now chase up unpaid wages from one of their cleaning companies on their books.
Have filed complaints as the staff didn’t bother to ensure clients get paid.

Really nice staff, very helpful. Nice atmosphere and complimentary coffee & tea.
