Terrible staff members and I would not recommend this Jobservice provider to anyone I try to call my consultant 8 times for assistance for a job requirement and no follow up or call back from the staff or consultant and also tried to contact the case manager and would not want to assist the clients completely unprofessional

Went for a interview for a job. The staff was helpful and friendly and useful.

If you ever come across a guy named Danny calls himself the Business manager he is very rude i wanted to transfer from max employment and he started laughing at me said to me i was lazy and did not want to work.

I do not even know how this guy is still there very unprofessional.

Were rude and unhelpful when I came to them years ago. I remember a Vietnamese secretary who played favourites. She was grumpy with me, but it would smile and greet others. How nice.

First point of contact, in person and on the phone is Monica, their receptionist. She leaves much to be desired and is blatantly rude, abrupt and disinterested. MAX Fairfield is supposed to be an employment agency yet, the standards most of their own employees display are appalling.

If you're fortunate enough to be assigned to Suzanna, then you will reap the benefits. Suzanna is genuinely approachable, compassionate and understanding yet, professional, organised and efficient. It's quite apparent that Suzanna enjoys her work and we job seekers, aren't just a number to her. We're human beings regardless of our financial staus, educational history, racial background, whether we're currently employed or not.

I researched and spoke with other clients from other branches of MAX Employment only to find the same trend. Rather dismal really.
