4Worst experience with a job provider ever! They don’t even know what are invoices! My payment has cancelled because of their poor knowledge about self employment! Such a waste of money for Australian government, they can’t even help you finding a job!

Untrustworthy and lack communication skills
Constantly rang me, long after I stopped wasting my time going there. Wanted all my job details, so they could take the credit for doing nothing at all.
I hope things have changed, since I registered there in 2013!
I'd strongly advise anyone to avoid them, if not.
This place is the reason I have mental breakdowns every week. They are an absolute JOKE!
Completely stuffed me around with Work for the Dole because they somehow forgot to tell me I need a Working with Children's check and they didn't send in my referral.
Previously sent me to 2 job interviews that I had no chance at (pick packing, I'm a 34kg girl with scoliosis, I had no chance)
Now they aren't helping me with looking for work, they just chuck me into courses and WFTD
They suspend my payments then when I inform them about it they realise it's a mistake
They don't take into consideration that I struggle greatly with anxiety
I'm ALWAYS waiting more than 15 minutes after my appointment time to see someone
Everytime I call up NO ONE seems to be at the reception desk to pick up the phone
I have been to 3 Max Employment places and ALL of them are a joke
! DO NOT CHOSE MAX EMPLOYMENT AS YOUR JOB PROVIDER!
The lack of communication from these workers is ridiculous. I called my advisor 3 times yesterday and left a message for her to call me and still didn't hear back, Then i called again this morning and left yet another message for her to call me back and im still waiting. They wonder why people get so frustrated with them, its enough to drive anyone crazy.
