I have been with Max Ingleburn for over a year and I have nothing to say other than Shalone is by far the best employment consultant I have ever worked with. Shalone has been so supportive and understanding and this has made my employment process a very easy one and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

The entire team at max is great but Shalone is probably the best DES worker you could ever have. A very supportive and encouraging environment.

I have been with this agency under the DES team Ambros and Shalone and I have had the most incredible experience, they have been nothing but supportive and caring. I have dealt with a lot of Govt agencies with my disability and I have had some very fraught experiences but I can say this is not anything I have encountered with this team. I wish to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Quality service and quality experience, all the staff at Max Employment are incredibly supportive, helpful and caring. They all go above and beyond to help myself and others find suitable jobs for ourselves. I’m really satisfied!

The treatment of staff towards people who go to MAX employment on a weekly basis is disgusting. They yell at people, publicly humiliate them in front of other customers and so forth. The environment is toxic and no respect whatsoever. People are seeking help to get employed and that's the treatment you receive, it is absolutely non-tolerable. There needs to be reform and better customer service. By far the worst I have seen and experienced myself!
If a rating of zero were ever an option, that's what MAX employment deserves with a BIG thumbs down.

Incredibly rude and condescending. They need to hire a social worker there instead of the corporate monkeys that are there banging eachothers heads. Seriously terrible service, avoid at all costs.

Yes you want a job and explain exactly what criteria you are willing to work within then they will get you a job or they may not exactly get it for you but they will definitely help you and at a good level of quality.

Because they are useless just like the mob beside them, global skills. They are the worst employment provider's going, avoid them at all costs.

Asked for help finding work and they said no we only help people on Centrelink, not very helpful!
