What Awesome Service! I’ve had 3 pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses repaired by these guys over the years and have been given superb service every time. If you have a pair that needs repair, send them in - you won’t be disappointed! My latest repair had been stood on, broken in 3 places, took about a week, cost less than a quarter the price of new ones and look brand new. Thanks for the great service team. Love your work. Today I went to Maui Jim in Forestville to get my prescription sunglasses lens changed back to normal lens after cataract surgery.
I was greeted by a lovely lady, Melissa, who went to check if they had the lens. When she came back she asked if I wanted to proceed as they had the lens.
I thought I would have to leave my sunglasses with them and pick them up at another time then Melissa said they would do them while I waited.
HOW GOOD IS THAT?
My glasses we're returned and the technician came out with them and she was also really friendly.
The price was very reasonable too.

In an age where service is but a mere memory.along comes Maui Jim and delivers service in abundance.

To any one star reviewers. Get a grip and maybe look at yourself.
It may not be that the whole universe revolves around you after all!

I just wanted to add one thing to my earlier review.
My wife broke a lens on her glasses a few months ago so we took them up to Forestville.
Same deal. Fixed on the spot.
You can't ask more than that.

Sent my trusty pair of seven-year-old wrap round Maui Jim sunglasses in for repair as one lens had chipped and cracked. Not only were both lenses replaced at a very reasonable cost, but the frames replaced at no charge - Simply amazing, and the sunglasses are brand spanking new again! Thank you very much Maui Jim, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Bought my second pair of Maui's (Castles this time) 3 months ago, had the top of the line RX lenses fitted, best vision and optics ever. Unfortunately glasses were stood on, frame was bent on one side. Repaired or replaced the frame at no cost and all within 5 days. Amazing, amazing service, never mind the best optics in the business. Ordered another pair in recognition of such amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

This company deserves 6 stars! I’ve purchased and own multiple pairs of MJ’s and have worn other premium brands over the years. The MJ’s are second to none, including lens clarity and quality. But above all, their customer service and not having to fight for a warranty claim, exceeds expectations. These guys know how to make a customer for life. We pay a premium for these sunnies, and we get premium service! Other companies should take note from MJ.

Have owned a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses for three years now and after my most recent experience have vowed not to ever purchase another pair. The glass lenses have broken four times and cost a fortune to replace. My most recent experience was when my glasses fell from my head onto carpet and one of the lenses cracked badly. For what the glasses cost, they are jjust NOT worth the trouble.

I have to share this. I just received my repaired Peahi sunglasses back from Maui Jim Australia. REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. My bad, they slipped off my head and the one lens cracked. Many thanks to Maui Jim Australia.

Simply the best sunnies I've ever had! I've been in the windsurfing industry for 40 years, always worn sunglasses, and combined with their outstanding customer service, no other brand has come near to equaling them. Superb glass lenses, and frames that take as much stick as you throw at them. I've just been reminded, as I had to order some new nose pads for a six year old model that landed in WA in 2 days, for free!

Now that is Service. Take a note Qantas!

Wow. I lost one of the nose pads on my Maui Jim sunnies. I went onto the Maui Jim website to see if I could buy spare parts, only to discover that nose pads have free replacement and free shipping. Ordering was super easy, select your style, add your address, done. The nose pads were delivered in less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order. That is phenomenal customer service.

Exceptional quality sunglasses and even better service. It is the reason I have only worn Maui Jim sunglasses for over 15 years. Maui Jim are one of very few companies that probably deserve more than 5 stars.

I purchased my first pair in Hawaii in 1989 and have happily worn various pairs over the years and will continue to do so.
I have had repairs completed at French's Forrest, the customer service and work undertaken is second to none.
I have purchased pairs for my wife and children also who love the quality and look of the sunglasses as well.

Hi, my beloved Ocean Jims have been due for a lens replacement and met with the unfortunate fate today of both temple arms snapping off when they were stood on onder a pile of clothes on the floor :-(
Are these able to be replaced also? Tortoise shade with the aqua.

I hope so! Most fave sunnies and have had them for 3+ years now.

Sent my sunglass in February 2021 to repair cracked lens after six weeks of hearing nothing I rang company I was told I would receive my glasses back within a week, after waiting two weeks still nothing so I contacted company again and was told they were sent back to me still have not received them then I was told they may have been lost in post and they were going to send me new pair it is now Augusta and still no glasses

I must say I am overly impressed at the customer support. Sent mt broken sunglasses, they returned them fixed in a nice new case the next day. 10/10.

I can not praise this company enough.

Their sunglasses are of highest quality and the customer service is second to none.

In the past few years, I have broken my sunglasses twice. Maui Jim has sent replacement parts the first time around and has repaired my sunglasses this time free of charge.

Will never buy another brand of sunglasses!
