Really happy with how fast the order was processed. It arrived exactly as expected - couldn’t be happier.

Ordered Thursday evening and received Tuesday morning (this included a long weekend). The item was received in pristine condition. After ordering I received a txt informing me of contact detailings incase I experienced any difficulties. The details were not needed as everything proceeded hiccup free.

Staff is very responsive and helpful. I came across Matty’s while looking for Squishmallow Pikachu which they wonderfully have it in their new arrivals and they sell the exact product as describe, not the typical store that sell “assorted” Squishmallow Pokemon which you don’t know what you are getting.

They sell the Squishmallows at very very reasonable price! Items are described clearly, transaction is easy and the postage and handling time is very quick too!

We ordered a cot said it take a fortnight arrived can't ask for much better then that.

Such a great store.went in searching for a single piece replacement item for a child seat/capsule, staff found it immediately. Then I had to wander the store just to check out what other great things they had. Prices matched if not cheaper to most competitors. Will happily continue to support Matty's as local.

There’s a tiny tots area and a much bigger inflatable area for the older kids.
It’s a popular place for kids parties too.
There’s also a seated area for parents to watch while the little ones play and food and drinks can also be bought.
Plenty of parking is available at the front too

Sold me a $200 scooter ($30 above RRP), but a floor model that had been used and exposed to the general public. The wheels showed obvious signs of wear. Seller kept insisting it was new and I should wipe the wheels clean. Do you think you need to wipe the wheels on a "new" toy purchase? Not to mention the grime on the body of the scooter, it looked quite disgusting to be honest.but can you believe the seller kept insisting it was new?

(Edit) Also, seller asked me to pay for the return cost which I did. Seller refused to pay the full return cost I incurred.

(Edit) In my opinion, very unprofessional and untrustworthy. But you make up your own mind from the photos and his reply. Note in his replies he makes up own assumptions and assumes the worse of a paying customer. It really goes to reflect his character.

Yes, it cost me a bit over $200 including postage. I have not, and do not deny that. Excluding postage, I still paid above RRP for the item.

So you think I made the return because I found one elsewhere? But at the same time I'm also upset you didn't accept my partial refund request? You have it so wrong. The truth is that I was expecting a new item, and got a used one. Expecting me to wipe the "grime" (as you refer to it) on the wheels to make it look new is just unprofessional.

Why don't you ask one of your other customers whether this would be acceptable to them? And whether my partial refund request was unreasonable? I'm sure the many other people who will read this review can form their own opinion from the photos and the scenario described between you and I.

Regarding the postage, instead of providing me with a return label or an upfront cost for the return, you asked me to send it back at my cost; which I gladly did. I apologise I'm not familiar with posting parcels and took the advice of the Auspost representative on the return postage. Out of good will, I paid for the return postage upfront and you refused to refund me the full cost. (Thanks for reminding me, I almost forgot about the return postage issue).

I went today. I wasn't impressed. The staff kept calling my daughter a "him" which upset her.and were very rude. Definitely won't be back. My daughter was bored after 1 hour. A big thumbs down

Great space for kids to play in. Somewhat friendly staff. Only negative was when we visited it was incredibly hot and humid and the industrial fans were not on/working.

Has great range of toys in a well-lit space with plenty y room between rows. Has plenty of Lego, Meccano, diecast vehicles, jigsaws, etc. Efficient service. Well worth visiting.

The only thing good was the fact my siblings like it. Personally I HATE it the toys are right at the front, starting a "I what this, I want that, i what I what I want! " And the last time I went the least amount of time to play was an hour! They have 4 jumping castles and a play pen, but they are really boring! I much preferred the old 'mums, dads, and little ones' that was there originally.

A great play centre. Clean with staff supervising the play areas to make sure everything is safe and going well. Great for young children and older ones. Haven't been to a party but I saw one here and it looked good with tables and food supplied. Not as big as some places in bigger cities but it's very well maintained and has things to entertain the kids for a few hours.

Our grandkids love going there it's a good place to wear the kids out very safe and always supervised

Amazing really cool you can get into any little gabs so many hiding places and you have so much FUN! And theres a toy store!

We took our 3 year old grandaughter today.
We were so impressed with the facilities.
So many things to to keep her occupied and relatively inexpensive. Good food and a coffee machine that makes great coffee for only $2.
The Shop also has an amazing selection of good quality toys.
We would recommend this place to anyone with kids under 10 years who need to burn some energy.
