Awesome teacher for English, highly recommended for students in year 10-12 who wants to get better grades for English

Matrix has helped me so much in the past 2 years. I started here during lockdown and I gained confidence in my work during the online lessons. Afterwards during face to face lessons, I had the full experience and after a while I noticed me grades were improving. I was ahead of my studies and could make notes ahead of my class. I continued matrix into yr 10 and I definitely appreciate how much it has helped me with my grades. All the resources are helpful and I take feedback from the quizzes and topic tests. The service team is so nice.

I’ve been going to matrix since year7, and have had such an excellent experience with my Highschool experience and improved my grades. I could study efficiently and keep up with school, while improving my concept of my studies. It’s a wonderful environment, with a very nice service team. I’ve gained confidence and noticed my grades were improving, and appreciate it a lot.

Great resources, and wonderful teachers. Workbook and theory books are of great quality. Highly recommend.

Matrix offers high quality HSC resources and a really cohesive learning environment for students. I have attended both termly and holiday courses at Matrix, and found the passionate teachers and in-depth coverage of syllabus content really helpful in solidifying my understandings in both Chemistry and Maths!

Was here for yr11 and yr12.

From my personal experience, the order in terms of helpfulness goes as physics > chemistry > maths. The physics classes were extremely helpful and clear, I forgot the name of the teacher but he was the founder of this place, his classes helped me a lot.

Chem was alright as well. Maths classes are probably more suitable for people that can learn fast and has a good basic knowledge. For me it was a bit difficult to follow up and didn’t really work.

Matrix is unlike other tutoring schools I’ve attended. It has better resources, teachers, and a general learning vibe. The resources are exceptional. There is a theory book and a workbook. The theory book covers all the syllabus points in depth, but somehow does it with simplicity and is so easy to follow and learn. The workbook comes with fully worked solutions. The teachers are all highly qualified in their subject matter, so they can easily manipulate their tone and teaching style to match different students. The classroom environment is very supportive and not about competition, rather focusing on individual learning needs.

Matrix has helped overall studies in English, their books are of high quality and I have made many good friends.

Attending matrix has allowed me to establish a strong learning base in which has booted my confidence at school. I have also made really helpful friends and the staff and tutors are really helpful when i’m need.

The standard of the content covered at Matrix Education is exceptional, given the weekly 1.5 hour lessons. I have not visited any other centres besides Chatswood, but if the Chatswood is anything to go by, Matrix is a highly clean and friendly place. The service team are highly reliable and friendly, and are always willing to help. However, I would prefer if Matrix offered accelerated or extension classes to extend students. I highly recommend the Matrix Science course as I found this course to be very in depth and detailed, covering all aspects of the syllabus schools cover during the term. The ‘One term ahead’ scheme is also highly beneficial for students as they are able to revise the content in school and not have to learn from scratch. Overall, I rate my experience 4 stars, and I would recommend Matrix to many of my peers.

As a student who has attended matrix for two years I can proudly and confidently reflect on my learning experience there. Matrix provided an optimal learning environment with extremely intelligent and well-informed teachers who are very well versed and are able to break down incredibly difficult concepts into digestible parts for their students. I have made several friends at Matrix and am always happy to attend classes. Their campuses are very safe, clean and organised with new technology that allows the teachers to teach better and the students to learn and interpret better. Further, Matrix was able to adapt to the conditions and restrictions dictated by Covid-19 lockdowns through optimising online learning through interactive Zoom classes. Overall, Matrix is a wonderful and very capable tuition company and I am very grateful for their help:)

Ashley Kim the CEO of Matrix has a terrible attitude! When called regarding a student who didn't do well with her company's educational program, Matrix, she hung up! She is unwilling to talk to the parent or address the issue. She will say she doesn't have the time to talk as she is too busy with her own children. Ashley Kim.how many students don't do well in your program whom you take $1000s of dollars from? This is unthinkable!

Do not waste your money on Matrix.

Matrix is a great learning environment to stay on top of content and even extend knowledge beyond school teachings - highly recommend!

My experience at Matrix Education was really useful, as it’s given me a lot of extra knowledge for the following term. It was useful cramming the whole term into 5 days, with a topic test on the final day. It forced me to really study and memorise the important things. The homework load is quite a lot, but is helpful for understanding the specific topic.

The teachers at Matrix Education are really helpful and engaging throughout the classes. The way they were able to teach a whole term worth of work in 5 days is really impressive, as I stayed engage for the whole time.

I recommend Matrix Education to people who want to get ahead in the term, and people who want to know what they have to work towards.

Matrix helped me get a headstart in Physics in their holiday courses! My Matrix teacher was engaging and communicated well.

I have attended the accelerated Chemistry module 1 course and although it was intensive it has been extremely valuable as it helps me get a head start when doing the content again and school and increases my understanding and competency in the content twofold. I’m am positive that Matrix holiday courses will help anyone who is struggling with chemistry or who wants to be a high a achiever in the subject

While Covid has affected the face-to-face learning I am used to at Matrix education, the quality of tuition offered certainly hasn't changed. With Matrix+ I have continued to receive a highly in-depth understanding of all my school subjects, in a succinct form. The content was delivered in a video-format by a highly qualified Matrix teacher, who made otherwise complex information easier to tackle. The videos are easy to follow along with using the theory-book and workbook which were mailed to my home. I was also able to benefit from the online Q&A platform, where students are able to ask any queries about the practice questions they completed in the workbook. I have definitely seen my marks improve during my time at Matrix, and highly recommend it! (Especially with the learning difficulties that have arised with Covid) :)
