This is a service for Australian Citizens especially the needy and unemployed between 22 to retirement age.
First off all, the receptionists are friendly, and one has always had a smile on her face when she greeted me. The psychologist Malvika was very helpful and compassionate who helped me with my severe anxiety episode. But it all stopped there unfortunately.
My case manager turned on me at the end, where she forced a course on me that I had no interest in. She told me to "try it" and later she does a 180 turn saying "you are obliged to do it" and she started to yell at me. It was so humiliating, since another worker was sitting there listening as I was scolded for 15 minutes straight.
I thought this was a friendly service, but at the end it felt like an utter betrayal.
Great job provider. Very nice staff! I can't thank Michelle Yousif enough who always goes above and beyond to help me.she's always doing whatever is within her power to assist and support me in every way possible which makes a very big difference
Friendly staff and always willing to help you in any way they can. Michelle has been especially helpful in terms of upskilling and referring me to jobs.
Match works is one of the best and most helpful for finding jobs. The amount of support they have given me is amazing.and the efficiency in responding to whatever problem you face is outstanding.the employees are super nice and friendly too.
Very helpful and understanding.
I was placed with worker Michelle Yousif who was amazing.
She helped me in what was a tough time finding work. After a long time trying she equipped me with what was needed to get back into work.
They were always happy to help and do what was needed to achieve the result.
Good work and thank you Michelle
All the staff are so professional and helpful, especially Maryam Oshana she always helpful and treats people with respect and care. Keep up the great work

Very helpful staff, they were very caring though the job process and had a great understanding of their job
Absolutely appalling customer service here. Rude staff, hangs up on clients without saying bye. Especially the receptionist lady. Talks rudely and not very understanding. Tells us "clients" to leave a voice mail message when after their office hours. Turns out they never listen to your voice mail message. They told me to contact one of their staff instead of leaving a voice mail message because according to Michelle (Job Coach) no one listens to the voice mail message. Unprofessional. When you get a job, they are delighted because they think that they are the ones who got you the job hence improving their "ratings" when in actual fact they have poor customer service skills. I can't believe these people get paid to do this. I will forward this on to Department of Employment.
Worse company ive ever had to deal with.
One guy tried to make me work for the dole a week in to my registration period with centrelink. Centrelink said it could take up to 8 weeks to be registered. This guy looks on the computer like a monkey and says im suppose to be doing the dole even though ive had a job and was off centrelink. The funny part was that he wanted me to do 2 months work for the dole for FREE and said i'd get backpay.i guess he knew the future and knew i would not be rejected by centrelink.
