MatchWorks reviews
19 They taking advantage and have no intention to help u getting a job…their only interest is what the government pays them each time they get get u in the office …it’s a business and they are scammers …what is absurd is that Centrelink expect u to attend to what they call mutual obligation but allow this crooks to make money on peoples back …I been with them for years and yes some of the staff seems to be genuinely trying to help u but in all the time I have been with them.they have never managed to found me a position and no even a simple interview…but the later episode is what made me boil…the incompetence, the lack of interest and the excuses and covering up I got from the manager is disgusting…I will be escalating this to Centrelink and to the regional management of Matchwork…
This is absolutely disgusting …shame on u
No one listens there's allways workers talking chatting playing on phones feel like wasn't treated fair they don't care about the people no help was offered no understanding treated like a number not a person I came to match works looking for help it's the 3 job provided wats the point
Could not say enough positive things about the team of people working at matchworks. I have had the pleasure of working towards my employment goals with a consultant (Emily) who has given me nothing but support, understanding and time. She has gone out of her way to help me and believed that I had the tools to create my success before I saw them myself. I'm beyond grateful.
Emily you're amazing at your job, but also just in general you're a cool chick.
Shoutout to Maria who literally drove me to an open day and has a ray of sunshine personality, Barbara who told me about course opportunities I could go after, and the girl that works reception who I think is very personable and friendly.
My mother attends Matchworks Liverpool and has had a very positive experience. Her consultant Crystal is very patient and caring, and is able to communicate with her even though she has limited English.
Marine was great and agreat consultant and wonderful help she got me A job that I wanted I would definitely recommend matchworks
Finally left after being recommended a job that was over an hour and half there as well as back (meant to be an hour to get to work and an hour to get back home regardless of public transport or car). Then this consultant (as well as others) keep pushing people into credit jobs where you need to be a certain type of person to deal with that. I also hated the other consultant saying that we could only look for 4 jobs (which is not how the new systen works at all) only with them and said it was because "people weren't finding work" as if it was the client's fault and not the fault of companies not hiring and job agencies like them not helping at all.
2 days now ringing no answer, finally get someone online takes my name number and no reply that day. Very bad service
I highly recommend this employment agency! The consultants I have had here are very professional, caring, helpful and supportive. Cannot thank them enough for all the help they've given me.
I am overly pleased with the service I received from this organisation. They were very pleasant and great to deal with.helped me get work too.
Great place, would recommend 100%! Andy was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Very helpful and compassionate. Absolutely pleased with the service!
My assigned worker Andy is fantastic and always ready to help me with anything I need. Kind and understanding - exactly what you need in this type of industry.
Great place to go. Lavinia in Liverpool was of great help in looking for a job which i finally secured.thank you all:)
Very good service I recommend this place plenty of job choice and very understanding friendly people thanks you for helping find my perfect job, I recommend Nia she the best help me get my forklift licence
Worst experience I've had at matchworks, so very rude, you talk to them about how or why your struggling and they treat it likes it's nothing, or an excuse not to find a job, the reason I'm with matchworks is for help to find work, so far they've been useless and misleading.
My mother attends here and she wanted me to write a review. Lisa who is her consultant was absolutely lovely, professional and empathetic. My mother has limited English. But Lisa was very patient and could communicate with my mother in Vietnamese.
I am very pleased by their work ethics, by providing job or course opportunity for us. Alison has been very helpful in getting me my certification for my RSA and RCG and giving me an opportunity to work in a retail environment.
These guys have been so helpful and professional especially ANDREW and TERESA who have assisted me with any and all enquires I've had. I also love their communication, friendliness and patience whilst helping me out!
Great staff, lavinia is lovely and very helpful. Great at helping with resume & was super nice and very professional.
Feel as if I did not receive any help whatsoever. Don't get the point in going to the agency to submit 20 job searches when I can easily do that from home. It would be nice if someone could actually help in terms of giving tips on how to go about getting a job or being more useful in terms of telling me what kind of jobs are out there at the moment. Feeling disappointed.
