Thank you Alaa and Jamie you did a lot for me. No words. I pray both Alaa and Jamie get every success possible in life and are treated in life the same way as you treated me - with respect, caution and in a way which slowed more understanding than i could have ever imagined. Both of you are incredible people with a amazing skills set and both you represent the epitome of consultative employment empowerment through the funnel of understanding with the backbone of your approach resting on kindness, patience, case by case assessment and most of all, a human face (to a already complex situation the jobseekeer is going through) using evidence as a pillar to carve your words through every interaction with the jobseeker and thus building automatic rapport. I never felt the transition between you too.

This place is a piece of paradise. Very non-judgemental they actually try to MATCH u with jobs related to your skills unlike all the others. Yvette is wonderful, so caring and kind and the health & wellbeing counsellor Hala is a blessing, helped me tho some very hard times and gave me confidence. This place should be 5 stars ️

I spoke to "Ellie" not sure on spelling but she was so helpful and friendly. I cannot exadurate enough how much she helped me regardless of the fact that I am not on jobseeker. She also answered the phone very quickly and honestly made my day! AWESOME SERVICE

The lady asked the most baiting/provoking questions and later said I was disrespectful and behaving badly when I answered all her questions professionally and nicely as i normally am.
After which checking my my gov account, she placed a demerit.
I could not be more astounded how terrible and incompetent of these people that work here and it should be shut down.
Avoid this place at all costs!

28 phone calls with no responses. Countless messages not returned. Over 6 appointments canceled. Pathetic. Is the government aware of this organisations operation? !

Since the new staff have started my experience with them has been great, previous staff did not show the level of concern and commitment that Chris and Suzy do. They are approachable and do their utmost to help me and others. I do not feel like I am a burden to them or that I am a problem or a number, I am a person and they are trying to help.

The Ryde Office appears to be staffed by bumbling buffoons, not all, but most that I've come across. Its probably not the individual staff members who are ultimately responsible, but the system itself, the way they are trained, the procedures and protocols they follow. There is a distinct lack of communication between staff members, it appears rotating staff members are ill informed, they have little empathy for the job seeker, you pretty much have to put a bomb underneath them to get them to move on anything. Otherwise you might as well be talking at someone when you go there. There also appears to be a lack of experience, a somewhat clear inability to see things from the jobseekers perspective, and a clear lack of will power to do anything about it.

Never answer their phones. The receptionist is the most retarded person I've ever had to speak to. Completely useless and a waste of time. Literally no one ever answers the phone - unbelievable!
