Masters Pest Control Sydney

Rang them for a quote with fleas. They gave me a quote and when i asked if the 1st spray didnt work then a 2nd spray would be included in the price they said no! Thay would charge me extra if their product didnt work the 1st time. Un believable

We had Stephen doing the pest control for our property. He was running late but otherwise was courteous. The day after the treatment done we saw cockroaches and spiders crawling inside the house as before so we left him a message and called the office asking for a recall. I got Emily in their office who told me she booked a recall for Monday 16/12.

Later on as I was unable to do it I left a message on their office landline and called back this morning to ensure they are not wasting a truck roll. Got Robert on the phone. He told me there was no booking for a recall by Emily. I was surprised but then advised him all I wanted to tell them is they don't need to worry about the recall for now, and I will call them back when I am available next. I thought it was done but then Robert called back on his mobile accusing me of hanging up on him and arguing for no reasons. As I was at work I told him not to worry and don't waste the time on nonsensical points. He was getting silly and started swearing then told me he will cancel all my jobs (lol) and I can make whatever complaints I want.

So overall I've got a mixed feeling for this company. Perhaps they should have replaced their office staff with the field staff to make it a better business?

Adam has been very professional in his work carried out at our property. He's punctual, through and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.

Craig, who called this morning was affable and very professional. Unfortunately our managing agent did not advise all our Lot owners of Craig coming and he received unfair flak from one of Lot owners. Please note that what happened was in no way Craig's fault.

Masters Pest has serviced our property since 2016 and we have never had problems or complaints for the work that has been completed. We recently had Adam & Craig work on New Year's Eve in less than 24hrs notice, they worked beyond our expectations, were friendly and informative - no messing around. We were able to welcome 2020 with gratitude for Masters continuous service and quality of work that saved our family from infestations of pests, such as, fleas, bird mites and cockroaches. Adam the technician was fantastic. He explained everything and also asked a lot of questions to pin point where my main issues were.
I would recommend the service to others.also arrived on time which is a plus.

Stephen has treated our property on a few occasions for specific issues - dealing with a beehive in the wall - and more general treatments. He is very considerate, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
