I have only had 2 visits with Fred, but he has been amazing. I have quite a few things going on and he has assured me that he will get my pain under control. And so far I have already seen improvements. Fred is very caring and understanding of how I feel and the pain I have been in. Can’t wait for further treatments to get more results

I had a 45min remedial massage and cupping done at Massage Land.
The massage was excellent with my sore spots intently focussed on and cared for. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and always checking in with pressure and how you were feeling.
Although it seems a bit pricy, it is well worth it if you're after a proper sports massage or one that will address your current pain and niggles.
Cupping was the best I've had. No pain during the cupping and appicaltion and removal was gentle.
Online booking system is aweapme but they book out fast so book in advance!

They are lovely to deal with and Scott is fantastic with his massage techniques.

Fred is an excellent practitioner. I've received many treatments from Fred both in general life (computer neck) and in preparation for heavy loaded sports activities.

Combining mixed modalities (massage, dry needling, cupping, assisted stretches) to get the results needed. He excels in all, and does so with a very polite manner - always checking after your well-being and actively seeking feedback to improve his treatments.

Went to massage because it was a gift from my daughter! Ithe room was clean! It wasnt quiet and the gentleman i had was ok but definately not worth the 125 i was ask to pay for my first visit he did tell me the second would be cheaper! He insisted i pay cash and wasnt really worth using my phc.for the price i paid i expected a lot more! And the quality of the massage was nothing different to most of the other parlours!

I had a really great experience at Massage Land. I went in with a lot of back and hip pain and Fred was very considerate, kind and helpful in the service he provided me. He worked on me over an hour so I felt better and used a range of his tools (eg acupuncture, cupping and massage) to get me feeling good again. Thank you for your care and concern with how I was feeling and ensuring I left being in a better place!

Fred makes you feel very comfortable and is highly professional. He is very knowledgeable and committed to making sure his clients receive effective treatment for their issues. When not getting dry needling or electro therapy, his full body massages are amazing! Fred also always follows up to see how you are feeling and has been very flexible in working around my schedule to ensure he can see me if the issue is urgent.

Donna is absolutely amazing I’ve had two massages with her and after hip surgery she’s made such a difference to my recovery.

Fred was incredibly professional and in one session has been able to ease pain that I’ve had for years, that physio has been unable to resolve for me.
