7As someone who is not a friend posting happy reviews for this organization, I can honestly state that booking with this agency was the worst experience and the employee showed a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. Her license should be revoked. Issuing tickets with with incorrect names, changing flights to include stop overs and then refusing to email emirates to change flights after she made a blatant error. She took advantage of an older woman when booking for money.stay away if you want a decent flight experience

Booked a honeymoon and came into complications due to being unvaccinated and with restrictions and rules constantly changing it's hard to be ontop of therefore rather then risk being inconvenienced and running into further complications i opted to cancel my honeymoon and ask for a refund. MASRI international services tried to find me something else suitable however due to too much uncertainty with covid travel restrictions and being unvaccinated I decided it'd be best to stick with the refund. MASRI international services staff were very helpful, kind and supportive and proceeded to reimburse me without any hassles or issues.
