Mary changed my life with TRTP (The Richards Trauma Process) therapy. Very few therapists are trained to offer this type of therapy. I cannot recommend this and all of her services strongly enough. I have seen countless therapists, medical professionals, tried alternative therapies - you name it. I have tried and done it all. All the people and reputable businesses on Google with 100's of five star reviews hadn't been able to help me. Mary's clients are all word of mouth, which is how I found her. She is a hidden gem. Nothing worked till we started working. I had honestly given up. She is the only person who has put me back into balance and brought me home to myself. Mental health, trauma, eating disorders and overall complete mental, physical and emotional devastation. Mary revived me. I haven't known who I am, up till the completion of intense therapies we did together. We now are doing seasonal catch ups for overall maintenance of my wellbeing.
