Mary Ann Street Park reviews
12Mary Ann Street Park in Ultimo is a great place to have a family picnic and let the dog run free within the park or for the staff/students at the local tafe and university to relax and enjoy there lunch. I believe Sydney City Council need to add to a fitness/gym area to the parks and some picnic table and a barbecue area as-well.
A place of peace and tranquility in the middle of Sydney’s Inner West. Great place to recharge your batteries.
Yes yes yes love, climate change posters, socialism, uni students, besties - lil café on the corner, good vibes! I'd appreciate a public restroom though, as an IBS-er meself.
This is a lovely city escape. I often enjoy a byo coffee here early evenings if I'm passing through. I'm very fond of the Tafe Technical college architecture.
I can’t even explain the best park in Sydney. Very nice for picking, play with a ball with your kids, going for a run, and also the best of all I like is going on your bike on the track. Very good for exercising.
It's a park. A small neighbourhood park. Ppl walk dogs here and eat lunch and so on. Got trees and grass and even bushes. If you walk around you get see the city too.
The place is quite mesmerizing. One can sit there quitely and enjoy the breeze & beautiful chirps of the birds.
I had lunch with a good friend here! I have never been able to have a mid work lunch break with someone before, and it was very nice to do it for the first time here!
A little Urban Oasis in the midst of the bustle of students, residents, commuters and workers. A good mix of open and secluded spaces intersected by footpaths or bordered by foliage. BBQs available but not public toilets. Watch out for the bird droppings amid the green, green grass. BYO yoga/picnic mat.
Plastic bags are located on most bins for dog owners to collect poop. Has a very nice shady area in the back corner where people do tai chi. Lots of open space. No particularly big impressive trees to provide shade or beauty. There are mounds of bushes about the place. Not particularly scenic but it has made every effort to make it easier for dog owners to collect their waste.
A nice little park in Ultimo where one could take a nice stroll around or just sit on one of the provided benches to relax. It's a quiet little park in Ultimo. One of the more peaceful places in the Sydney city area. Quite a few people take their dogs for a walk and/or play there as there's enough space for them to run around in. There's no playground for children though.
