We have worked with Marston Architects on two residential projects. The first was a major extension to our family home in Crows Nest that created a spacious kitchen-dining-living area and north-facing patio. Our second project was a significant renovation of a slightly smaller home in Willoughby East for the two of us, updating an open-plan kitchen, adding a walk-in pantry, creating a new master bedroom and bath, and shared home office. On both projects, Viv and her team envisioned spatial arrangements, layouts, and opportunities for indoor-outdoor access that we hadn’t considered but made the best use of the site and existing structure.

For both of these projects, initial creative insights were developed by the design team into detailed drawings for our review and discussion—an efficient and collaborative client-architect relationship. We also appreciated the quality and expertise of the building contractors recommended for us.
