13 Jenny and I have known each other for three years. She always provided me with professional analysis of Australian current real estate and predictions of market changes.
In June 2023, with Jenny’s introduction, I got to know her colleague, Andrew. Under their professional guidance, the house, soft furnish and the garden were all optimally renovated. Finally, through the efforts of the two of them, my beloved property got the perfect solution, presented to everyone in its best condition.
Through Jenny and Andrew’s thorough investigation of the market, the house, the buying group, pre-sale and after-sale, the house has been finally brought to a buyer. I thank both of them for putting in so much effort. This is the best house it could ever be.

Happy vendors! As vendors for an estate we chose James because he understood our situation and was extremely approachable. In fact I think he got the best price possible for the property and made the process seamless and stress-free for us. I would especially note the excellent communication strategy between the four vendors and James' team, which could have been difficult, but was very straightforward and kept us all up to date with progress each day of the campaign.

DODGY BROTHERS / DO NOT TRUST!
This agency gave my GF a really hard time with a rental property that she was renting. They did what unethical agencies do - they don't put anything in writing that could hold them up to being responsible. They are liars.
I would not trust them to even sell my home. If they can't do the basics of managing a rental property, how can you trust them to sell your most valuable asset?
There were lots of lies on the process to convince me to rent and stay in the unit.
When I inspected the property, it was under renovation, and they said the landlord would finish before I entered the place, but he didn't.
I tried to negotiate a rent reduction and discuss the situation, but none of my messages about the renovation topic were answered (they ignored my many messages over 2x months). When they did finally respond, it was verbal (they would never put anything in writing). It was clear to me that they did not want any evidence of promises that they made.
As a result, I ended up having to go to Fair Trading and then Tribunal. I partly won the case, but I shouldn't have needed to go this far. I ended up leaving my unit after just 3x months, as I couldn't handle the stress anymore.
It really makes me sad that I trusted them, and this had a big financial, and emotional impact on me and my family.
