2I reached out to Marni as I was feeling very anxious and stressed especially though COVID lockdown. To be honest I wasn’t convinced that having an online Kinesiology session was for me, however it turned out to be the best option. Marni’s gentle and warm approach coached me through an incredible session. I was guided through some helpful techniques which helped me gain more understanding to how I am feeling as well as offered a wealth of knowledge on what I can do to support myself further.
