Marks Point Cafe

Stumbled across this place and glad we did. Good food and coffee, lovely staff, great spot.

My husband and I had been cafe hopping trying to find a big breakfast that was hearty and not fancy, as well as a vibe that suited. Many failed until we stumbled across this hidden little gem. Sam has a bubbly and friendly, yet professional personality that just made you feel instantly right at home. We were well taken care of with delicious food that was the perfect size and well priced. Thanks, Sam, for the perfect little stop.

Had a great lunch, Sam very friendly and provided great service. Do yourself a favour and visit.

The Post Office staff have to be mist friendly staff around & if you want yummy food visit their Cafe. Hard-working people giving their best in every way

A Post Office like no other!
To begin with, Sam's cheery greeting welcomes you. After that, you can post your mail, withdraw money, get a coffee, eat breakfast, buy home-made takeaway meals, browse the crafts, purchase a carton of fresh free-range eggs or a loaf of sourdough bread and you can select from the delicious locally made goods in the deli counter!
So many reasons to visit our one of a kind Post Office!

Great little cafe and the food was sensational. I bought pies as well to take home to the family and they were so yummy.

I checked reviews before having lunch. The photos on here from outside seating area don't look like they are and I was hesitant to eat there.

Wow was I shocked with the food. It was sensational. I had a marinated chicken and bacon on Turkish and missus had bacon and eggs with avo and tomato. Both of us pleasantly surprised this food was delicious. Would definitely return.

So I pop down for a squiz at all your wonderful produce and ended up having brunch of an egg and bacon roll/ burger with a latte. Thanks for the great service as always.

Quaint little eatery, calm ambience, friendly staff. Size of servings slightly under what you would expect. Clean and well presented.

I didn’t have high hopes for this post office cafe but I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. The coffee was outstanding and the bacon/egg roll was cooked to perfection.

Fabulous staff for the cafe and delicious food and of cause the postmaster and his dear wife are wonderful friendly obliging people you always leave this delightful store with a smile on your face.

This cafe has taken a turn for the better with a small but well selected range of small goods and cheeses. Fresh sour dough from a local bakery is also on sale. I had a latte and a Rubin. The Rubin was well above average.

Cute little Cafe. Not sure if they have changed the blend, but the coffee is not as good as it used to be.

Great home cooked food. Wonderful service and atmosphere and very friendly staff. Good range of childrens clothing, painting jams, pickles and honey. Great gift ideas. Well done Sam and staff. Post office staff very helpful.

Fantastic cafe and Post Office run by Colin and Denise with a very personal touch. Great food and drinks for breakfast, lunch or in between. Update December 2018: new owner Sam is lovely and keen to continue the friendly service, new visitors need to know puzzles and games are no longer sold.
