8 Sad quality of customer service! I went in with my package, but didn’t have my label stuck on to my package. After asking to two pieces of tape, the attendant said with a smile, ‘ We have tape but its not for customers’. Absolutely disgusting reply.
To Management, It doesn’t take much to be kind

Every time I go, it's some kind of drama.
I work in the city so I'm not able to collect my parcels during the week as the the newsagent will be closed by the time I return home. Per the details online, newsagent closes at 7pm on a Thursday but to my disappointment, when i arrived directly from work on 24/06/21 - the store was already closed at 6.40pm. Package had arrived Monday so now I'll have to wait until Saturday to collect my package. What makes it more disappointing is that I lightly/politely knocked on the panel for the attention of the lady still working at the register but she rudely waved me off
Horrible experience picking up parcels from this newsagency. The lady is extremely rude and has lecturered me on not having my licence on the service nsw app. I have provided my parcel tracking number and another form of ID which had my name and photo on it and she still refused to give me my parcel. Her tone and behaviour was unacceptable.
I've found the owners of this newsagency to be unnecessarily aggressive. This is a collection site for online parcels but perhaps the power trip of this responsibility gets to them a little bit.
Aside from my own experiences, I've also witnessed other customers be abused for simply asking questions about the whereabouts of their parcels.
Great service. Friendly staff. They stock some unique gifts if you're looking for something different.
I recently had a parcel delivered there by TNT to be picked up by a third party. What a disastrous result. The people at the newsagents were the most uncooperative I have ever dealt with. Never go there.
