I give 5 stars for mariska’s holistic approach to massage therapy. She was able to link some of emotional and physical stress that cause body aches and tension, and she gave well-thought advices to improve wellbeing in general. Not expected at all!

Mariska is my favourite masseuse in the whole world! She puts time and effort into understanding what each of her clients need- not just in the sense that she listens to you, but she watches your body and figures out the areas that might be extra tight, or in pain, or are out of alignment. Then she sets about fixing it. In that way you aren't just going to find relief short term, but over the long term you'll find you get better and better, so you're less reliant on massages for pain relief! She is intuitive about what your needs are in each individual session too- for example, we often chat which is a lot of fun (Mariska is clever and engaging and thoughtful about life) but there have been times when I have been very stressed and very tired and in those sessions Mariska was very quiet and I almost fell asleep- just what I needed.

I'm not sure how she created such a haven amidst the hustle and bustle of Epping town centre, but that's exactly what she's done. If you're anywhere nearby, I urge you to take advantage of Mariska's magical hands! And if you're not nearby, it's worth the trip:)

The clinic is a little hard to find, it's in a cottage behind the main building. But Mariska is an excellent and professional therapist.

Mariska is wonderful! I am so glad I found her. I went to her with chronic back pain due to work stress, bad posture and a prolonged accident injury (whiplash). She was able to quickly identify which area was causing the most pain and helped rectify it with monthly sessions. She is also educated which provides her credibility in the area of expertise. Along with massages, she also reccomends positive lifestyle changes for life lasting effects.

Mariska really helped me. She didn’t just give me healing massages (she got all the 147 knots out of my shoulder, arm and wrist), she also helped me deal with my questions on how to deal with my temporary impairment. She has a holistic approach and is clear in what she finds and in her messages. She has a good understanding of how the body works and helped me fix mine, for which I am very thankful.

The best relaxation massage I've had in a very long time! I found the place a bit tricky to find at first, but I went onto the Marissage website and found directions at the top of the homepage, so I soon found the quaint little cottage hidden behind the office buildings. It's quiet and private, so you feel a world away and can really switch off. Mariska is very friendly and great at what she does because I left feeling so relaxed and energised. Definitely going back again!
