The owner of the company Abdul Qadoura came with his apprentice and quoted us $420 cash to change the laundry taps and fit the sink in our kitchen. All material and parts had been provided so it was only the Labour that was charged. They completed the job within 1 hour and later mentioned I was to transfer another $300 cash because they had to fix a little leak under the sink. I was also advised to pay to his personal account to prevent any GST from being charged. It was concerning but as I am a female I wasn’t sure about the charges and process to later find out that I had been taken advantage of. When I called him back to enquire for an invoice, he said to never call him. The previous reviews have been completed by their family members and there is no genuine reviews on the account.

They are fast response but unfortunately, they didn't found a gas leak while I'm trying to tell him there is something that is not right. Lucky for me because I decided to ask another plumber to check it out and he found a leak straightway. He starts to ignoring my message when I told them about a leak.
