So there was this guy Scott I believe his name is, the one with the glasses, who was to do my hair.well first of all he came to me with his mouth full of cheese that was smelling not great at all and the whole idea of snacking in front of customer isnt great and professional anyway.then started washing my hair and two times burned the scalp as the water was too hot and not even asked me how the water is for me and just the common sense to try the water temperature before the use is great idea and if he would be so professional, he would have known it, then he was about to blow dry me, and when I saw the brush with which he wanted to do it, I right away stopped hims and asked to change the brush as it is just not acceptable, and I think he didnt get it as he opened the draw and grabbed another brush that was full of hair too and to be honest when I checked the rest of them, they were also with full of hair and I asked him to clean it and he looked at me as if I insulted him.then I asked him if they do regular clean of the brushes and he nearly yelled at me with bitchy way saying "we dont clean brushes in Australia"? I asked him to clean it as I surely dont want to grab lice or other interesting things from the hair of other people, he started cleaning it in front of me as if he was doing a favour for me while still staring at me with his eyes.then I asked to disinfect it or clean it and he still with the manner of giving me favour went to clean it while still staring at me and I looked at him back and thats where he said - I dont like the way you look at me and you attitude and I wont be doing your hair; then asked another lady to come and sit down and he started to do her, so I was left there at it is on my own, with wet hair and he said if you want to be finished, you will have to wait? !? !? !? !? !? !? !? !? ! Really? What kind of professionalism is that? Who would do so? So I asked for the manager and appeared that she was just behind me with doing another lady and therefore she saw and heard everything and despite that she comes to me and asked what has happened? I explained to her everything and even after that she didnt understand what was happening and said just "but he wasnt rude to you". Really? You heard everything and still telling me that? And again she said to the same - if you want to be finished you have to wait.really? And they knew that he on tight schedule as we were having restaurant booking after this place and were having plans.and after I red on their website that
"At Delaqua, our team represents professionalism, highly skilled and friendliness. They have been trained to listen to the clients needs and work with them to create fabulous hair that suits the client and fulfils their desires. "
I really doubt that I was at the right salon as nothing above even close to what I went through.
Lady who she was doing said that she is happy to wait and therefore I was finished, with cleaned brush and a blow dry that was disappeared in 10 minutes after we left the salon and thanks to me I had a ribbon on me and I just tight the hair. When was ready to leave, I did ask for the full name of the guy who was meant to do me and the name of herself, but she didnt give it to me, and when I asked for the name of the director she said that she is the director, but still didn't provide me with any name and as being a director and after the payment has been received, she is obliged to provide it to us if requested as well as provide good service, but instead we received nothing, but ruined time and money.
So I would like you to put appropriate actions toward this place and prevent other people into getting into this trap of unprofessionalism, humiliation and scam.
The salon itself if dirty and while was waiting for my turn, hair were flying everywhere throughout the salon as the dryers were working and this silly way of holding the dryer between your legs as this guy was doing left me outrageous as this air flow was going right to face and I was sitting behind him.

A brand new salon has emerged straight from Paris with a team of lovely talanted people. 5 star accredited salon. Their specialty is finding the right hair style for each personality, lifestyle and face shape. From softly playing sounds of (so french so chic) music and ambience. Marie France Group is the epitome of French indulgence. Luxury products and amonia free colours. Fantastic experience, loved every bit of it.i also had a manicure whilst my colour was processing.

The worst experience I have ever had in beauty industry! Unprofessional stuff without any sense of responsibility, but with outrageous attitude towards clients, not professional and not knowing their job and of course the customer service itself.
Do not go there if you want to ruin your day and waste your time and money! Stuff is rude and thinks that it is ok to treat the customer (that pays good amount of $$) as if they serving them for free.

Also got "lucky' having a massage. Since we started, I right away noticed that the start isn't good enough as there was no robe, even though there are number of candles on the wall, they weren't lighted and it was just all done in dark, in a cold room.pretty "relaxing" isnt it? When got in, I saw the towel with some weird stain on it and the lady started explaining that it's all good and I don't need to worry about it, but asked to change it as it's not acceptable and when she went out to grab it, she didn't like it, then she started massage with cold oil on my back and that is wrong as the oil has to be warm to be used.plus to use cold oil in cold room is pretty daunting.
Then While massaging, music was way too loud and I was feeling not great at all as her nails were scratching me and when told her to be careful with nails, she just said that her nails are cut and continued to do the same.so until she finished, it was all like a torture, rather than relaxation.furthermore all that time I was feeling cold and when asked to adjust the temperature, she went outside to do that, but after that I couldn't feel the difference at all.
Then there was time for facial.even after I completed form to let them know about my skin type, she still used product that made my skin oily and I had to use tissues to get rid of extensive oil after the treatment and throughout the day.
While doing the treatment, it was still all dark in the room only with facial lamp and 3 blinking/flickering light on ceiling because they weren't working properly and with the temperature still being cold, I really felt like its a morgue rather than beauty treatment.it was so cold, that even was having a goosebumps and the lady felt it and was still doing a massage and when noticed, she said that "oh, I can see that you cold because you gave goosebumps, where I replied that well, I said to you before that Im cold, didnt you believe me then? And I am until now! - and instead of adjust it again, she just said that "oh but you saw me going there before to do that, and I did that? If you dont believe it, we can ask other people there that saw me doing that". So instead of doing something, she just was explaining herself. - so much talk, but no solution.
When finished the treatment, I stood up and looked at the mirror and saw all my eyes are in mascara circles as she didnt clean it properly.and when asked for cotton pad, she started to clean it and scratched the lower lid of the eye and it hurt me and when I said that she hurt me she again started telling me that she didnt do it as her nails are cut and just left the room without goodbye or explaining what to do after.so I was left all by myself there lucky had some cotton pads to remove the extra oil left after the facial and rest of the mascara.unbelievable!
Found my way to the beauty makeup corner to do my make up BY MYSELF as nobody didn't bother helping me most likely as they were ashamed to show me this corner as it was just unbelievable as all makeup is ruined and dirty, thrown everywhere, plus looks as if it is old and cheap and when used mascara from there, after 2 hours (and it was evening dinner party) it was all running on my face same applies to other make up that tells clearly that it is cheap.

The whole experience was just one big mistake. Shame on such beauty.

Bought a online voucher for a treatment, cut and blow-drt from here. Couldn't have faulted the service I received. The stylist was very attentive and the saloon had a nice vibe and wasn't too busy. Overall, I received a treatment, cut and blow-dry for $39 and was there for around 1.5 hours and was very happy with the result. Added bonus - the salon is in a beautiful location with a stunning outlook! Thanks:)
