Marble Hub

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in dealing with a company the communication was good at the start and I was convinced to go with them for many reasons including timeframe quality etc when and from then on it was just demands for payment and no clarity around when the job could be done except for reassurance to pay and it will be done when I tried to send emails to get an answer it would take three days because people were away and any attempt to escalate to someone else who could help was never responded to after 12 days waiting for conformation and about a month's effort overall I was told it couldn't be done before Christmas and it's still October. Their pricing was more than three other quotes although their reviews and staff pressured to convince me otherwise. This is my opinion and I wouldn't reccomend them and I wish I didn't waste my time from the beginning if they were honest.
They can say whatever they want in response but I have emails, call logs and have documented this whole experience for anyone that would like options before they consider these guys.

I recently had these guys install marble bench tops in a new kitchen and the range of stone they have is the best I could find in Sydney. They have all stone options and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend them for any of your stone needs. The price point was also the best I found in Sydney. Great value. The marble installers sealed the stone and it works. (Not a mark on it in the 6 weeks we have been in). Highly recommend Chantelle and her team.

We found MarbleHub online after visiting a few other places. I knew exactly what marble I wanted and the only place to stock such a delicate piece was MarbleHub! You must see it in person as the photos don’t do it justice! Super white and Arabesco was our choices for super white in the main kitchen and Arabesco in the butlers! We only trusted marble Hub to cut the marbles for us and not an inch was wrong! Super happy!

We have been so happy with our experience buying marble from marble hub. The process started late last year but 6 months passed before we finalised our order. Matt helped us in the beginning and Alice picked things up 6 months later. Both were so helpful. Alice went above and beyond for us and was very responsive and thoughtful. We are delighted with the island and it’s not even finished yet. We are in Canberra and went with marble hub because local options weren’t competitive. Our joiner did a great job facilitating the process and installing the marble (Phil and team from Precise Custom Joinery). We particularly love the ogee edge profile and we can’t wait to see the island and kitchen once finished.

Wonderful organisation to deal with. We wanted an unusual top for our coffee table and the Marble Hub team used computer aided design to create a beautiful shape from a drawing. The selection of stone was superb and the fabrication was flawless, followed by professional and timely installation. A very first-rate group of people. The entire experience was enjoyable.

We have just replaced our kitchen island and we couldn't be happier with the results. From our initial visit to the showroom to installation the process was seemless. The quote based on my design and measurements was done instantly by Chantelle on our initial visit and the price was fantastic. The team arrived on time and were very professional. We requested a date for the installation to be done and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend Marble Hub and will be using them again in future for my next project. The kitchen island looks so good it is beyond our expectations. Our friends are in awe at the results.

Every process of the Installation of our splash back & bench top went smoothly, good communication, keeping us informed, very reliable, advising on all stages of the project, never had to chase anyone up. They are also very price competitive & fair. Over all a very good experience & very happy with the end result.

Great range. Helpful staff. Big glorious pieces of stone and composite to view. Samples to take home and mull over. Useful parking.

Marble hub were extremely professional from our initial meeting. They were so attentive throughout the entire process and the end result of our quartzite ‘taj mahal’ is better than we could have expected. We now have our dream kitchen and couldn’t be more thankful!

It’s been a few weeks since my kitchen benches were installed and I am so happy with the outcome. I didn’t want to do a full kitchen reno so was just changing the benchtops and had to try and match with the existing cream cabinets.

The team was very patient with me (I changed my mind on the stone 3 times - ended up choosing Smartstone Calacattta Gris) and were more than accomodating. The installers were amazing on the day, leaving the place clean & tidy.

The only area of improvement I would suggest is sometimes I didn’t know who to talk to as there were a number of contact points throughout the journey.

I would highly recommend the Marble Hub team!
