This should be your first stop if you are looking for natural stone, or great ceramic/porcelain options for any area of your house. Definitely greater variety, and better quality than the normal tiles shops around. Great business (es) with plenty of options to suit your budget. Highly recommended and will be using again for sure.

I had excellent customer service from Mariana, Paul, Amir (think I got everyone’s names right!) and the owner himself when I went to pick up my carrara herringbone mosaics. I was nervous about buying online and not seeing the product before buying but it is STUNNING! It was ready for me to collect on a pallet and I had a change of mind and wanted a bigger size. It was not easy to reach the larger mosaics for Paul in the warehouse but he made it happen for me with a smile and we were very well looked after wile we waited. Thanks guys I will be back for more!

Personalised service that I got from Sam has been nothing short but exceptional. Three years ago we tiled our swimming pool with beautiful mosaic tiles. The guidance we got from Sam and to use epoxy blue grout to match our tiles was the best move. Our swimming pool just looks amazing all year round. Just dazzling! Recently I need to purchase floor drainage grates and designs ideas for another bathroom. The friendly helpful service I got from the MCC staff had not changed in the last three years I was there. Thank you Sam for your fantastic help.

Terrible customer service.
Sent me the wrong product and denied it was the wrong product even though it clearly was.
Nsw branch admitted it was wrong but said I had to deal with Vic branch even though I ordered online and product came from NSW.
Most emails went unanswered, when they were answered they were rude. Begrudgingly refunded me for the product but refused to refund postage either way. I will be persuing with consumer affairs for postage refund.

From the moment the phone was answered, Venetia provided exceptional service. She was friendly and courteous. Photos of options and alternatives were provided and nothing was too much.
The quality of the marble tiles is outstanding. I provided floor plans and Venetia calculated enough stock with Very little wastage, therefore no waste of $. I spent in excess of $30k on tiles alone, all done from over 550kms away. Delivery was tiles was swift and all tiles arrived safely. I’d more than recommend M&CC

We recently purchased marble tiles (including skirting tiles, capping for a niche, hexagonal floor tiles and subway tiles) for our bathroom and the results are beautiful. What a joke these guys are, they want to charge me an extra $35 because my order was under $500. I was going to spend $480, gee most businesses would be grateful! Plus I was going to spend more a bit later with an 11 x 3 meters feature wall. YOUR LOSE someone else's gain.

I ordered the Norwegian Rose honed penny rounds for our bathroom and laundry. They are amazing. The colours are perfect. I live in Far North Queensland and he organised all freight at an amazing price. We saved more then 6O% ordering from here instead of locally.

The boxes turned up wrapped very very well with no damage. I just wish I had bought all of our tiles from MCC.

Good product, good price and no communication issues. I ordered travertine pavers and they arrived in a week (ACT), no breakages.

I ordered a bathroom basin and although this item was out of stock I received a phone call the following business day offering another product or a different size of the same product and when I stated that I would prefer the product and size I ordered to fit arera i'm renovating I was assured that It could be ordered in but would be a 4 week wait. I have now received my basin and although I have as yet to have it installed as part of my bathroom renovation to see overall effect basin is exactly what I ordered. From my experience I would recommend Marble & Ceramic Corp for quality of product and customer service.

"Simply the Best" I was extermely happy with the Travertine Pavers that I purchased for my pool surrounds, etc.from MCC (Green St. Banksmeadow), as I received "top notch" quality for a bargain price. Don't waste your time shopping around & the customer service is that of a 5 stars. All the team are very informative & helpful, an absoulute pleasure to deal with, especially "Amir".
