Mantra Albury Hotel

Perfect half way stop from Melb to Sydney. Very clean with friendly staff (particularly breakfast staff today). Very very very comfortable bed and room. Clean bathroom and all amenities well taken care of. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Clean quiet rooms with an uninterrupted view across the city. Fabulous evening meal. Compliments to the Chef. Lamb cutlets were prepared to perfection, prawn entree was a taste sensation. Hidden gem for the foodie!

The rooms are great and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is really good and you will not leave hungry.great parking

No restaurant for dinner as it was a public holiday, so couldn’t use drinks vouchers for a cold beer.

Service was poor and the worst I have had in a long time. I tried to call reception 5 times and the call goes to a long voicemail that ask you to select your options. Once you select an option you will keep waiting without anyone attending to your call. I eventually went to the lobby to report this issue but the receptionist did not care less.

On 25/12 only room service was available. 3 choices - burnt fried fish & chips, burnt chicken nuggets & chips and margarita pizza.

Wine was not available for room service as the receptionist advised that she did not have the key to access the wine!

I definitely will not be returning to this place.

Always a good experience here. Rooms are nice, modern, and well presented. Very simple. Staff have always been very helpful.

We stayed for one night while driving to Canberra. I didn’t expect a 24 hr reception. They do have one.
Our room was very spacious and well thought out.

The bathroom in the suite was very large with a seperate bath.

The bed was very comfortable and fresh.

Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled eggs were delicious. As well as the mini sausages.

My only thing that doesn’t work, is that the plates are always cold. I usually warm my plate on top of the professional toaster. It would be great to have a plate warmer. Cold plates suck all the warmth from the food.

The stay overall was fantastic. We will stay there again. The team were all very friendly.

Beautiful modern hotel. Stayed in the Studio room which is equipped with all that you need, modern sleak equipments and design. Very very well-cleaned and presented. Only thing I'm not a fan with the room is the cooler instead of fridge but the Reception did offer to store any items in their fridge. Which was a nice offer, clearly they are happy to accommodate the guests to the best of their ability. On-site secure indoor parking is available with limited availability for $15 which they advertised very clearly if you take the time to read on the hotel. Best Mantra I have ever stayed at so far. Customer service was good too, although I wish some information was offered voluntarily without prompt especially when the front desk is quiet.

Alright stay for one night however room wasn’t the best, wall was all dirty and so many hand marks didn’t look like it was clean for ages and where blinds are located above all you could see is gyprock with patching and was not painted at all look like they were doing renovations but they wernt. Also during the night when trying to sleep all you could hear is the ac grille rattling.

The man who helped us check in was an absolute legend! Aware that it was our wedding anniversary he helped us celebrate with a complimentary bottle of sparkling! Wonderful stay!

Modern hotel in heart of Albury. Clean and comfy. Its too compact. Good for stopover or official visit only. Have to pay for parking. You can save $15 if you are happy to park nearby public parks and remove car ontime. Breakfast was good.

Awesome place to stay and the staff were really helpful when there was small issue with my room not having a desk so I could work. Highly recommend this place. Cheers

Very central to the city centre. Excellent room, very friendly staff.
Stayed here a few times now and always pleasantly surprised.
The hotel has a nice vibe to it.

Very nice stay with very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean, nice and modern with plenty of space. Restaurant was closed due to staff shortages (only open limited nights for dinner) but breakfast was very nice. Easy walk into town. They do have parking but not sure if there is a cost as we just left our car on the street which was free until 9am the next day anyway.

We stayed here for a few days before and after our wedding. At the time of booking we made mention of this and were given the top floor suite which made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are clean, spacious and well presented with amazing views across all of Albury. The staff were also very nice to deal with.

Excellent 5 star service with beautiful modern rooms and an excellent well priced buffet breakfast. Pastries were limited probably done off site the rest was well done. Best hash browns I’ve ever had Helpful staff. Reception, hospitality and house keeping were all friendly and happy. Rooms are great but the gym isn’t so special and there’s no pool but we can’t expect everything.

The Hotel is very well located, with many restaurants and shops in the same block and within walking distance of the botanical garden. We had a problem with our bedroom that was promply resolved by the front desk staff. The room was big with a big bathroom (great shower!). The bedroom had a huge window with a gorgeous view.

Room was adequate. When checking in asked about booking dinner and was told the restaurant was not open. Went to room. No room service menu. Called room service and had to order a wine by asking what they had. Went elswhere for dinner. Came back and tried to order a bottle of wine after 9pm. I was told no room service was available except heated up food. Employee was rude. Wont stay again. Not a good example for accor.

No complaints except some biscuits to have with a cup of tea would have been nice. The breakfast was nice though!
