I recently had the pleasure of working with Mansours to supply and fit a curtain for our beach house in Mollymook, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

We ordered a skylight blind and are absolutely satisfied with customer service, installation, and the end result. Ryan could not be more helpful when taking measurements and assisted a great deal with design and materials best suited for our interior. Ron, the installer, was an absolute delight to deal with, completed the job in record times, impeccable outcome even though our ceilings were above average height. Generally happy with the quality and install of the curtains.there was one minor hiccup in relation to one end of a rail which came off due to an issue during the initial install.this was addressed by Mansours only after we paid a call out fee.after some wrangling, the call out fee was refunded.

The person I spoke to on the phone to book a consultation was lovely, it was all downhill from there.

When Robyn came to my house to measure she seemed so disinterested, standoffish and was downright unhelpful. Ultimately she seemed personally offended by my curtain selections and made me feel stupid, offering only criticism and no advice or suggestions. Imagine 30 minutes of "We would never do that" or "You know what that will look like, right" and "If that's what you want".

I never ended up receiving the quote.

Decided to go with Rolletna who were far more accommodating, friendly and used the same fabrics I had chosen. Save yourself the time and trouble with Mansours.

Mine was a small order for replacement nets for one window. Very quickly I had a visit to measure the window and recommend the fabric. There was some delay in obtaining the fabric but I was kept informed and given an expected delivery date. Installation was very professional and took only a few minutes. Very satisfied with the result!

We used Mansours to measure, manufacture and install roller blinds and roman blinds in our three bed apartment in Sydney. We couldn’t fault any aspect of their work. There was a wide range of fabrics to choose from, the measuring process was very thorough and accurate and the manufacture and fit quality was excellent. Their prices were reasonable for the quality delivered and we were pleasantly surprised by the speed of manufacture.

From the start of process to installation Mansours were very good. We had to wait a while for the items but worth it in the end. Special mention especially to the installer who was not concerned when the curtain rods did not fit in our lift. He walked them up via the the fire stairs to level 42! Note - need to keep that in mind when measuring the curtain rails for high rise apartments and checking they will fit in goods lifts.

We have ordered sun block curtains from Mansour for kids room. Mansour's staff (in particular Robin) "ticked" all our requirements in relation to the range of fabric and its quality, time of fabrication and installation. Very are very happy with final product. Thanks a lot, Elena

I am still struggling to comprehend just how much a pair of curtains has transformed our bedroom. We got block out curtains with a sheer cover, and now feel like we are sleeping in a designer hotel room. It has totally modernised our apartment. We sleep better, with virtually no light intrusion and a notable reduction in noise. Kicking ourselves for not making the investment earlier.

New blinds from Mansours’ just were installed.

And this is not the first time we are using their outstanding materials and service.

Amazing custom made Venetian blinds. They were however very expensive. Only 2 people make them: I went with Mansours due to their longevity in business and being local. And John came personally so I trusted he'd know what I wanted. Installation too longer than expected with COVID and left hand fifnt seem to know what the right hand was doing all thr time. I didn't like being asked for final payment from the office before confirmation of delivery date. But when they came: they are worth every penny and I'm very, very happy with installation and blinds.
