I'd just like to say Maria Anoo is the BEST property manager I have ever dealt with. The lease signing process was made so easy, stress free, and informative.
Maria has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to help with the whole moving in process and on boarding me and my partner as new tenants to the manor group.

Maria Anoo is a great Property Manager to deal with. Maria looks after two properties for me and my husband. She is extremely professional and proactive. I would particularly commend her for her responsiveness and attention to detail.

We started our first leasing property with Maria in 2016, then we had Sharron pike. They have been very respectful throughout the time we have been renting with them since 2016. We are very happy with ourselves that we chose you guys and proudly saying we are still with Manor real-estate and it's been 8 years of understanding and respect. Sharron pike you will always be missed.
Now at the moment our property manager is Kylie. We know Kylie since 2018. She is understanding, knowledgeable, and  immensely helpful. She always has a big smile and a kind word. Responded to each issue that came up immediately and was very professional at every step of the process. I highly recommend Kylie as a wonderful person inside out and Manor Real-estate without reservation.
Some agents treat renters differently than the people who own their house, it has never been the case during working with Maria, Sharron and kylie. One fact is that they really know how to keep balance.

Maria Anoo managed a property that I lived in for 3 years, she is an exceptional property manager and a wonderful person. She is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and ensured that any maintenance issues were resolved within a timely manner. She takes the time to get to know and build a rapport with her tenants and I'm sure she does the same with the landlords she deals with.

It was the first time I'd rented a property alone and although uncertain of what to expect she made me feel comfortable through the application process as well as throughout my tenancy.

The property managers are great. Our property manager, Maria Anoo, is honestly one of the best managers I have had so far. And I have been a tenant with various agencies for over 12 years so far. She is proactive, fair and she is wonderful as a person. All their property managers are great in my personal experience.
I would recommend renting through Manor Real Estate Seven hills, any day.
