You will not find a group of people this kind and caring in many places, every last staff member cares about the people they help and go above and beyond to support in every circumstance. I can not thank them enough for everything over the last 4 months

When people have a level 3 package and $32000 of funding it isn’t right that the staff coming to do dressings don’t bring anything and blame it on Covid and say the client has to use what dressings they may have on hand at their house. Also the staff should not ring public health services and ask them to do peoples dressings and say MSS can’t afford it. The funding is provided to spend on the client not For the MSS to withhold services from the client and keep for their own expenses.

The team at Manning Support Services Taree are amazing. Over the last few years, Vicky and the team at MSS provided mum with the support she needed to live independently. As mums health deteriorated, MSS provided additional services as well as providing me with guidance on how to navigate through such a stressful time. I cannot thank MSS enough for all their help and support during this time. Highly recommended.
