ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. First they quoted between $300 to $480, and when they did the end of lease clean, they did a terrible job - the floors hadn't been mopped properly, grime on oven, grime on the benchtops and taps. They did come back to clean out and it STILL wasn't clean. The owners themselves had to come in and clean the entire place again. When I raised this, Tracey and Steve wouldn't budge on reducing the lowest price of $300 and demanded the full amount, and when I paid the full amount of $300 and refused to pay anymore, they took me to the local court for the FULL amount of $480 plus court costs, even though I had paid $300. When I asked for the $300 back (as I'd essentially paid twice), they just didn't respond. I have photo evidence of this poor service. End of lease clean should result in a sparkling job and it did not, and additionally, they happily took my money twice.
Absolute crooks, poor service and very dodgy. I'm happy to talk to anyone who wants to hear my experience - just message me. Stay away from this company.

Great experience using Manly Cleaning for end of lease pest, steam clean of carpets and general clean. Very easy to communicate with and prompt response time. Better to deal with one company than 3 separate ones
