I would like to recommend Dr. Truth Robinson as I’ve had Sciatica for 8 months& have had many codes of treatment but without much relief.
Two treatments at Akasha with High intensity Laser & Acupuncture with ES - I am now walking without pain & able to return to my normal life!
His knowledge of Anatomy&Pressure /Trigger points is excellent
His care & concern was very comforting & I felt reassured during the whole process.

Just had a sauna and massage with Katie. Fantastic experience. The space is beautiful. They have hit the mark with the ambiance. The massage was great. She asked questions of what I wanted and did that. I'm going to book in again.

I've seen many acupuncturists over the years but never had such positive results as with Truth. He has been able to alleviate my pain and fix issues I've been dealing with for years. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting results!

I love it here! I've never had such a thorough experience treating my aches, pains and muscle knots. I've struggled with sciatica and knotted muscles. Truth takes the time to understand the issue as well as what the root cause could be as part of his therapy and treatment. Best needling I've ever had hands down! Beautiful saunas and ice baths also! A must try!

What an incredible sauna space and a bonus that there is ice bath as well. Wonderful to have a place like this in Manly. Also have had massage, acupuncture and chiropractic treatments here and it’s so convenient to have it all in one space.
