I’ve been going to Aimee for over 2 years - I lost my hair to chemo and she was the one who shaved it off and also the one who has helped it grow back and kept its colour and style so beautiful at all stages of growth - from a pixie cut all the way to my mid length now! She is such a wealth of advice and so talented at everything she does!

I first came here in 2019 to get my breakup hair, which they took my dark brown hair to this gorgeous blonde. And I've been back every chance I get. I travel a lot for work and the team were super helpful to work with me to get the most of of my hair and hair colour. Definitely the place to go

Have been going to this salon for a couple of years and love it! The team are always so helpful and take their time to come up with the best plan for your hair and it’s never a rush job! Really friendly team highly recommend visiting them, at least book in a consult!

I have been going to Karen for the last 8 years because she is amazing at what she does. She listens to what I want and then she makes suggestions and tells me what will work. I always walk out of the salon feeling like a new person. All the staff at Malkonyan are friendly and helpful and love offering drinks and food and it’s always service with a smile. My hubby also goes to Karen for his haircut. My daughter has her hair cut by Amy and my boys by Ann and Alan. Really great salon for the whole family!

Have been coming to Malkonyan Waterloo for some time and the team have always been great. Just recently got my hair coloured as well and Karen has done an amazing job lightning it up whilst making sure I’m ‘still brunette’:)

Had such a great experience here! Half my hair broke off after having it bleached in another salon and I went to Malkonyan to see if a cut could make it look half way decent. The girls were all so lovely and I felt really looked after! They assured me my hair wasn’t as bad as I thought and gave me loads of tips to keep it in good condition. The cut was perfect, exactly what I was looking for and I felt so much better afterwards. Looking forward to going back again already. Thanks so much

Went last week for the first time to Malkonyan hair in Zetland, the staff were so nice I stayed over 4 hours and Alessia done great job with my hair totally makeover, I was so happy about the result definitely recommend this place so clean and professional

Loved the experience, the girls were amazing and welcoming. Coffee, wine and bakery goods ohhh and my hair, I went in with dull lifeless hair and came out with shiny healthy looking hair. Would recommend 100%.

Had to wait for more than 45 mins before they got to me for an appointment that I had booked and paid for online. After asking for the 4th time and telling them I will have to leave, somehow my hairdresser was suddenly free to cut my hair.

I haven’t had a proper haircut in a long time. The hairdresser was caring, knowledgable, and super creative. The price is also super fair. I will not be going anywhere else in a while!
