Called in late on a Friday afternoon for calibration and repair to our Mala GPR
The service I received was outstanding Bill got my GPR calibrated, serviced and went above and beyond fixing any of the cosmetic wear and tear to the device. He even took the time to teach me about the different settings on the device. Fixed and calibrated on the spot really got me out of trouble for Monday mornings workload. Definately learnt something new today couldn’t be happier

Every now and then you come across exceptional service that should not go unnoticed. However I have never given a review before.

Recently I lost the back light on my MALA GPR PC/Monitor.

Very frustrated as I use the GPR nearly daily and fearful of not having it on hand for what might be couple of weeks, as MALA are interstate, and we are in the middle of COVID. With the aid of a bright torch I could just read the screen. Not a professional look nor accurate.

I rang Bill Barber with trepidation. A discussion with Bill was an immediate possible diagnosis. He was personable and responded with the positive “I’ll make this work for you"
When I suggested sending parts for me to make the repair his response, which I wasn't expecting was positive, without hesitation, he would be happy to talk me through the procedure of taking the monitor apart.

If I were to send to him, repairs would be immediate on arrival to his office. I chose the latter. I felt he would do his best.

My favourite saying to my customer is "I'll make it work" Looks like Bills is to. He had my back so thank you. That's brilliant service. I am much more confident to purchase products through Mala AU in the future.
