Product has bad plastic small, manager not responsive and arrogant. Not provided suitable solution. Refuse to return and refund.

I’m fed up with the infantile TV ads bagging Harvey “Mr Harvey” Norman. It’s a petty jab at the competition that is unnecessary if your products are as good as you promote them to be.

Our visit to Makin Mattresses Sandgate was informative and rewarding. We have ordered a custom made mattress for our Motor Home and just can’t wait for it to be completed! Our customer service staff member Annette was awesome!
