My mum and I left a Mercedes of high value with them. After 3 hours we returned to the car and our car was locked and had been cleaned. However we looked for the worker and seen another customers car (red Mazda pictured) to be left open. After 15 minutes we called the phone number on their pamphlet asking where the worker was and the man had hung up quickly to find this lost worker. He called me back letting me know the worker wasn’t far he had gone to get lunch, and that “he will speak to him” about leaving a customers car wide open.
When the worker arrived back his response to leaving this persons car open for anyone and everyone was “well I had the key” displaying not a single care in the world.
Terrible service, zero care for others belongings and in all honestly $120 clean that wasn’t that great either.

I spent hours tidying up the mess they left, from not vacuuming before shampooing the seats and carpets, windows so streaky you could barely see through, wax/polish absolutely all over it and some sort of over spray everywhere. Engine bay not touched. It went in pretty clean only needing a polish and seats cleaned and was charged nearly double what I was quoted to also not have the ONE mark on the seat removed. Also now can’t get in contact with them, so that’s cool. Second time there same results.

Absolute scam! The prices advertised online and at the store are a total lie. Went in with a dusty car wanting and exterior wash for the advertised $19 for a sedan.was told he would only do the $65 wash because "the car is dusty". Ridiculous - I didn't want any interior cleaning done, no polishing or anything I just wanted a car wash but the attendant refused to do anything but the minimum. No wonder he's standing round with nothing to do and no customers, he was rude and the service was appalling.

Avoid this place at all costs - complete liars and with an attitude like that I wouldn't even like to think how they'd treat my car anyway.

Would have to be the worst car detail I have paid for. The so called hand polish did not even do the roof of my car. I spent 2 hour fixing the stuff up

Love how clean my car looks after a wash and interior clean, feeling like new again. Professional and polite. Reasonably priced. I am now a regular customer.

The staff are very nice and polite. The price is fabulous, wash polished and interior clean, tyres blackened. $100. The car felt great.

The exterior work is okay, but they do an very poor job on interiors. Missing entire sections and coating everything else in silicon spray.
