Maitland Aquatic Centre

Family pass to this great aquatic centre. Friendly locals keeping us and the kids safe! Love that bucket tipping in the Splash pad!

Very good aquatic centre friendly staff and nice food.very pleasant morning there.water was fantastic as well nice and clear not to much chlorine in the water.would definitely recommend.

Large aquatic centre with reasonable entry fees. Several large outdoor lap pools, a large indoor heated pool (not very warm), an outdoor children's pool and in summer it has the big splash zone running with slides and a bucket that fills with water and drops it. Very fun. Nice grassed area around the pools and several picnic tables in the shade. Staff are fantastic - very helpful and friendly. There is a little canteen for food on site which has surprisingly great hot food (great value for money and our calamari was perfext). Parking is free and easy. Outside the complex is an excellent well shaded playground and large grassed areas.

No a pleasant experience at all! Have been trying for over a month to get to arrange lessons for my kid! Very poor communication no call backs for messages left and no follow up: (very disappointing

Great facilities at a reasonable price you can check out on their website. A outdoor 50m pool for more serious swimmers with a 2m deep end, a new 25m indoor pool, a small pool for younger children 0.55m - 0.85m deep as well as a shade over top and a splash pad with two water slides, plenty of water jets, showers and fountains.
Canteen available, hot and cold food. Plenty of grass area and tablets to have a family picnic.

Friendly staff & Clean facilities.

Our participants love swimming and the children particularly love the splash pad it’s always an exciting fun time with the splash pad.

Parking is usually full which makes parking close a challenge.

Pool is extremely busy & noisy after 3pm and for people who don’t like crowds & noise I wouldn’t recommend after 3pm in winter.

It would be extremely wonderful if Maitland had a larger indoor pool!

Why is the coffee here good? It shouldn't be, but it is comparable to the cafes in town, which is weird for a pool kiosk.

Reasonable entry fees, although I don't agree with non-swimmers having to pay. I have to go as my kids are not old enough top go alone but I don't swim so I do not think I should have to pay to sit on a seat & watch my kids splash each other for two hours. This is the reason for the three star review. It would have been five if non swimmers are free entry.

Great pools and fantastic kids play park! Staff are lovely too! Only wish they'd renovate the bathrooms.

Straya Day free entry. Great way to spend a scorching hot day. Have many options for getting wet, something for everyone.

Good size pools and plenty of them, water park is good too. Good range of swimmers and accessories. Food ok. Could have more seating in the area's

The staff are around, but not overbearing.

Kids loved the water park! But there is something for everyone.

More staff in the kiosk is needed. We were 6th in line and took 30 minutes to be served. Got even worse at lunch time.

Can never get a hold of anyone.no one answers the phone even if you try repeatedly over the entire day.no one picks up!

Awesome place to take my grandkid's, they had lot's of fun with the 2 pools (1 heated) n the big bucket, n there was a slide there today (boxing day 2022)

Love taking the kids to the pool. It has staff that are attentive both poolside as well as coming through the main gate and surprisingly the food is better than expected and perfect for the kid in us all.

A bit pricey to get into. Also pricey for food and a really long wait. The poor girl was on her own and only cooking 1 order at a time.

Lots of grassed areas but not nearly shady enough.

Something for everyone. Indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad for the kids and a well stocked canteen.

Good chips from the Cafe. Warm milkshake. (That was weird). But it's a good place to hang out. Clean and when the splash pad is open its great.

Nice after being inside for a few days. Quiet due to covid, 2 peolpe per lane & must book online. $6 per person, not cheap any more, but worth it still, lol.
