Refuses to do buisness with us because we currently use Sendle. We said we would happily stop using Sendle for a period so we aren't considered current customers of theirs yet they still won't reply to our emails with any helpful information or take us on. Just short blunt emails of "sorry can't help" basically.
After speaking to others in an online forum about them, it seems they (like Sendle themselves) also can take 1-2 weeks to pickup parcels from you, so all in all I think I probably dodged a bullet by not transferring all our orders to them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Spoke to someone for 4 days for her to tell me that the delivery driver “left it in a safe place”. I live on a main road. There is no safe place and it wasn’t ever in the locked letterbox they claim it was delivered too. Told me I had to go to the police if I wanted to complain because they could do nothing.

We have not had a bad experience with MailPlus at all. Our driver that picks up and drops off our mail is awesome. He is friendly, always has a smile on is face, and is only too happy to help when we have have any questions or concerns. Their customer service is speedy and they get the job done. Would recommend MailPlus to anyone. Keep up the great work MailPlus!

So easy to use, can’t believe how quickly my customers get their deliveries, next day in most cases from Melbourne to Perth.
So much better and quicker service than Australia Post and and they even provide you with the satchels at no extra cost. If I could I give 6 stars I would.

3 weeks for express and they left the parcel outside without even knocking at the door, called then they states nothing they can do as it is a francise and the delivery driver owns the area

I on the receiver side and I would give 3.5 stars if option is available.
The good thing about mailplus is that their express services is really fast and efficient, even my order was on Friday but they still process and transit my parcel to their delivery centre on Sat, Sun so my parcel will be delivered early Monday moring. Very efficient. They definitely deliver on time.
However, one thing that they really need to improve is the receiver notification on parcel arrival. I checked the tracking and my parcel was on the way to my home at about 8: 30 so i got up and get myself prepared and wait for their call to pick up my delivery (usually for express service you expect them to call you when arrive right?) Then at 9: 18 the tracking said it had been delivered at 9: 10 and i was shocked because i did not receive any call or message. I quickly go and check and realised they put it in my mail box. It was lucky my parcel could fit in the mail box but what if it is a big one? Would they just leave it outside my apartment building and gone? My parcel would be at risk of someone else taking it! I would say at least a text message would be good to clear of this security issue.

Another typical courier company that claims you're not home despite the whole city being in lock down and having not stepped out of my apartment for a couple of days. Customer service advises my package has been taken to a newsagents to be picked up. Why bother paying a premium for an overnight courier? At least the package wasn't damaged.

Zero customer service. I’ve spoken to Jess 6 times over the last 2 weeks but my issue has still not been resolved. My parcel is still lost.

Thank you Mailplus South Australia! On Tues 19/5 my customers parcel was picked up from my Adelaide location by your team and delivered safely to Sydney on Wed 20/5! I’m actually mind blown with your service and I honestly can’t wait for things to go back to normal with my business and my customers get to experience your amazing service. On average, I’m waiting 3-4 weeks to get any parcel from my Melb, Sydney and Brisbane suppliers who use Auspost! You’ve been outstanding!

Would give a zero star but thats not an option. Paid for express shipping for an item and still haven't gotten it after waiting for a week. Speak to someone twice and they don't get back to you. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Hands down the worst delivery company we have ever dealt with. Customer service was horrible, after ordering express and waiting over a week and a half to be told "sorry that's just what happens" then when it does arrive the driver didn't even stop the car as he threw the package out his window. If anyone would like the video evidence of this feel free to ask. More than happy to blast this place for horrible service.

Changed over from Auspost to Mailplus on a trial basis and gradually have been moving over completely to Mailplus. They have good tracking system (Toll Plus based), fast delivery and excellent customer service. Unlike Auspost some one really cares if you contact Mailplus and takes responsibility to answer your query. Definitely recommend it to everyone who is facing troubles with Auspost.
