Love the range of giftware and baby gifts but the range is really lacking for kids aged 2+. I would definitely come here to look for gifts for my female relatives or babies.

I’ve been buying gifts from here for 10 years. You’ll always find something lovely and affordable, actually the jewellery is beautiful and really surprised at the value for money. The owner is very nice too.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I said hello to one of the workers as she was looking at me. Even though I said hello first, the lady completely ignored me when she obviously heard me. No one said hello to me when there was 4 people working. I have been to the store several times in the past and it is always the same customer service and getting stared at by the workers like your being judged but never greeted. I've never come across retail workers that are this rude and impolite.

Great variety of stock. If you want something different from the big shopping centre shops, try Magnolia. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been shopping at Magnolia since it opened at East Gosford.
I can honestly say when I needed a beautiful gift not only do I always find one, either by myself or from the help of the lovely staff I'm never disappointed. The gift is then beautifully gift wrapped and ready to give. I've also purchased some lovely home pieces at very reasonable prices. Thank you Megan and team just love your Magnolia.

A good place to shop for Gift when I don't have any idea what I can buy for my friend's birthday! Good quality product and good price.

Beautiful store with beautiful pieces, a wide selection. I believe the customer service is horrible though! I was instore on Wednesday to buy two lamps and some new cushions (over $700 sale)
There were 3 more mature, than I, customer service representatives in store and neither would help, say hello or offer assistance, despite 30 minutes in the store examining various items.
As someone that has worked for retailers in various capacities I was appalled at the "up and down" looks and side ways glances I received from one staff member in particular.
Really disappointed to make this review because they have lovely pieces! I will not, however, spend my money when a sales rep (on $21.77/ hour) can be so arrogant.
Sorry magnolia. Speak to staff, you never know who walks in your doors, and what they will spend.
Unfortunately I will not return

Love this shop - it is the perfect place to buy something for "someone who has everything" but is a lovely person and won't hear of taking anything to her home for lunch/dinner, so a little something from Magnolia is always appreciated.

A beautiful shop - fabulous gifts, wares or just a special treat for someone. Very recommended. Beautiful costume jewellery - my "South Sea" pearls were a fabulous investment for just $50
