They are scammers. They said I had won $25,000 guaranteed. Still waiting. Be warned people. All a hoax

Magnamail is a mail scam targeting over 40's, the envelope is covered in Urgent stamps and warns of 48 hours to claim your $20,000. This scam is designed to get elderly people to send money and credit card details to Magnamail. In exchange the victim receives a low quality Chinese product to cover the legal side of the "prize draw"

I have been ordering from Magnamail for many years and until recently have had no problems. But after the fiasco with my last order I will not be ordering again. I noticed they have sent me an item I did not order and charged me for it. This is unacceptable. The email they sent stated that my order had been received and when I saw the extra item included I immediately called to advise them of the mistake. The first time I called I was told my order had already been forwarded to the warehouse and they could not cancel the item or refund me for the added item and they hung up on me. I called back 5 mins later to cancel the whole order and was told that Australia Post had already collected my package. This was a total lie! My warning to anyone who is ordering from Magnamail is to beware. I definitely learned my lesson. I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again.

These guys are vultures, phoned them to have my deceased mother's details removed from their system, despite providing all the information listed on their "letter" they still claimed to require more information. Shame I can't give negative stars

We have rung this company twice to stop mail being sent, as my father has dementia. It’s become to a point of harassment as mail is still being sent. Now we have no choice but to report them to consumer affairs and also the ombudsman. Discussing to think they are aware of the situation and them trying to take advantage.

Mail order company who thrives on taking advantage of the elderly community with heavily misleading spam mail. Employees should be genuinely disgusted and ashamed of the business they work for. Ethical standards are non-existent.

I recently purchased a shawl from Magna Mail and must tell you that it is so soft, warm, colourfull, and comfortable.

Don't buy anything from this company unless you want to be continually bombarded by their junk mail. I have made numerous requests over several months to be removed from their junk mail list but they refuse to act, I have also unsubscribed several times from their email spam but continue to receive this unwanted garbage. Very poor customer service.

My mother recently had to cancel an order and then reorder some products. She twice confirmed with the operator, Michael, to cancel the first order to which he told her he had. However, he hasn’t and so mum was charged twice and has double the products now. Is this a scam? Or just incompetence from the operator?

They are scammers, telling you won a price, but only after purchasing one of their useless cheap rubbish items. Don’t fall for it!

Tried to call, email on multiple occasions to discuss order.no reply at all.yet I get multiple emails from them confirming details. Never order from this group. Order was wrong.

The products they sell are rubbish and they pry on the elderly. My mum is 91 years old and these low life's take advantage, thieves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR HERE.

Have bought things from this site occasionally. Last purchase earlier this years a red leather bag, which seemed very good for the price. Unfortunately it is a dud. Supposed leather appears to be fraudulent as it has worn off all round the edges and looks terrible. Would have been better off buying a genuing article from an op shop for a fraction of the price. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible, cheap and tacky products.
My Nanna has been totally ripped off. They told her to spend more money as she had definitely won a prize and most probably $20,000.
Free gifts are horrible quality.
So misleading especially for older members of the community.
Don't buy from this company!

When they send you a letter and say that you have definitely WON one of those prizes you see in the catalogue, don't hold your breathe, you don't get them. If you do it's always a cheap tinny clock. When they say they will send you a free gift for buying over $50, they forget to send you something, when you remind them, they send you a rubbish fake zirconia cheap heart on a cheap chain. I threw it in the bin.what an insult. Customer service have no idea what is going on, I've had to ring several times to clear things up. Still waiting for the Birthday draw now, 22nd January. 2018. Let's see how genuine they are. I'll be the first to rate and review a positive review if they live up to what they have told me.
