Checked on two occasions that we could get a private fund rebate with their remedial massage - staff confirmed yes both times, only for us to find out after trying to submit the receipts that they are not a registered provider.

I went in randomly they said half hour befor i could b done and gave me foot spa as i waited i only wanted a neck massage but tony the guy that did mine asked if i had pain else where i showed bim an omg he took the pain right away very impressed and going back this week to do it all again thanks tony

The place is clean, nice ambience and staff are really good and friendly. Rooms are private enough and have warm, pleasant and soothing feeling. I had a relaxing experience and felt rejuvenated afterwards. Very experience staff I highly recommend.

Not sure why they've got such a low review, I've been here twice now and loved each time. My fiancee and I both said it was the best we've ever had. Can claim on health funds too. Great pressure. Feeling good.

Today at 10: 20am I called (from Culburra beach where I was for the weekend) to book a 4pm appointment with Jason as I've been in agony with shoulder pain. Jason himself took the call and booked me in. A few minutes before 4pm I walked past on my way to get money and 2 female masseuses were at reception with the owner and a female customer. By the time I walked in, still before 4, the owner tried to deny I had booked an appointment. I had to point at my name on the bookings book, the first of two appointments at 4 - presumably because I called before - the other was an appointment for a couple who were already there too. I showed her my call log which shows I called 20min after they opened. The owner dresses down all three staff who had to leave their customers to come to reception to tell her they had done the right thing and she should listen. Jason acknowledged he had booked my appointment, but the owner in her greed, took in passers-by at the time of the appointments and was prepared to let me down in favour of the other couple because at the end of the day I was only 1 customer. Well, I had been there only last Thursday and the Thursday before, because some of the masseuse who I know by their names are good. But I will never go back nor will my husband who 8s also a regular, because I don't appreciate how she treated them today to safe face, and how she treated me to make more money.

Great, firm massages. Cute little shop and efficient service. Their English isn't too good but they are in tune enough to know you need a tissue for that sniffly nose, or when to adjust the pressure. Great value.

Love this place. The ppl's English is a little bit sketchy but they are lovely and do great massages.

Asked for neck and shoulders (have a few knots), got lower back and bottem, had to ask again (20min in) for shoulder and received minimal attention.
