I always come here for a quick massage, receptionist lady always smiles and provides exceptional service. Massage itself is beyond expectations, unlike some places the ladies here really take time and tries their best to relieve your pain. Must try if you are in the area and needs a good massage!

It's very quiet, and you can press the button once you've made an appointment, so you don't have to queue up. The masseur is very professional and doesn't take much time

Hygiene is my biggest concern after getting a massage and cupping treatment here. My left shoulder started getting some rashes soon after the visit and my GP advised me for fungal treatment in the following 2 weeks. Then I recalled how this happened, the masseuse used wet towel to work on my shoulders and that towel didn’t feel fresh and clean at all.

I came in with neck and back pain and walked out pain free after an hour. Highly recommend Amy!

Absolutely not proper massage provided. The therapist does not know where to press and how to massageS I have got bruise but still in muscular pain. I wasted my 90 mins and $155 (deep tissue massage). The facility is good though

Rude staff, I think the owner needs to have a really good chat to his staff about professionalism.
I went in and booked 2 x 130 minute massages for me abs my gf. He told us 4pm. It was booked in!
We left and had a quick bite somewhere and went back to him telling us it was 5pm and lied in front of his boss saying we walked off too fast for him to grab our number! I normally come in and see daisy often.because of this rude attitude from the receptionist I won’t be returning, not only are you a liar but you made us feel stupid and made us wait around the shopping centre for no reason!

I made a reservation for the 40min legs massage today.
Then she wanted me to sit down on the foot massage chair and she told me to just put up my pants.
And then She just put cream on my legs for 10 minutes.

I couldn't feel anything, I had to talk to the owner.because she couldn't speak English. (She tried to talk to me in Chinese.)
After talking, The owner said you should go to in the room then I moved to the room.
And then, She massaged to me but it was such a terrible massage.
I've never got this worst massage in my life.
It seems like it’s her’s first experience.
She doesn’t have any massage skill.
When I’m asking her, she just laughed as she spoke something in Chinese with the other Chinese massager next door…
It was disgusting. I said “I don’t want to get this massage anymore. ”
She didn’t answer anything just left the room, spoke something in Chinese again with other staffs and threw a towel at me.
I was so surprised hahahaha
This is the worst service I've ever had.
Owner said She said she had 15 years of experience. Lol so funny
He refunded me half the price lol

돈낭비 시간낭비, 진짜 제발 잘하는 곳으로 가세요!
최근 너무 바빠서 짬내서 간거였는데 너무너무 기분나빴습니다. 중국어로 지들끼리 얘기하고 웃고. 다리에 크림만 발라주고 진짜 스킬 1도 없는 사람 현장에 투입시켰습니다. ㅎㅎ 제가 해도 될정도로.
말이 안 나올정도로 돈낵ㅎ 어이없는 경험, 빨간머리 숏컷
아주머니에게 받았었어요 ^^. 접수안내하는사람도 엄청 무례합니다.

This one was one of the best massage center before COVid. So i went there again last month, to my dismay it has change a lot. Service not good anymore and the lady masseur keeps on asking me if I still want a hard massage throughout the session which is a bit annoying already since I only want to enjoy my session. Overall, the service was not sarisfying.

Nice rooms, friendly service but massage below average - didn't seem properly trained. Not sure if I'll be back

Love it! Beautiful place, friendly staff and amazing massages. Highly suggest asking for Olivia the masseuse, she's so kind and caring and really aims to please. Oh, great value for money btw

Hey, I want to give feedback about my massage I received at your Rhodes store.

I loved the new renovation but the massage rooms are incredibly hot and uncomfortable. I was sweating throughout the whole massage and felt gross. I asked several times to turn the air conditioner up but the lady just awkwardly laughed and said “sorry, can’t”.

There was a little helpless fan on the ground that could of been better utilised on a shelf and pointed at the body.

The location before the renovation was nice and cool.

I brought this up with the guy at the counter but he said that they “keep it low because people get cold”…so how do they cater for those who are feeling hot and stuffy.

To make the experience worse, I found the masseuse “Fulla” lacking in skill. It was more rubbing and pushing my body to and fro instead of actually giving a massage.

I don’t recommend “Fulla”.

I DO recommend Daisy! I’ve had her before this experience and she was amazing. I walked out of there feeling fresh and regenerated. I could instantly feel the positive results of a good back massage.

Compared to Fulla, I’m feeling worse than when I walked in.

Disappointing second massage, especially after Daisy being so amazing.

Lacking in customer service with little to no air conditioning.
