Magic Massage & Acupuncture - Campbelltown

One of the woman has an attitude problem. A hurried massage and full body somehow means the back of the body only and then a quick press under the towels on the front of lower legs. Then finished. Full body, as far as I'm concerned, means the front and back of the body. Why advertise full body when only half of the body is done. At $75 / hr they are kidding. Sick of these mediocre massage places.

Unprofessional. Lady verbally abused me the entire time I was lying down. If I was in pain and told her, she wasn’t nice about it, she basically just told me to be quiet. I got a head neck and shoulder massage but she only spent 1min on my head. She left the room to serve other customers whilst massaging me. I didn’t have her full attention.
Massage was not relaxing.
Lady kept yelling over the partitions when I was trying to relax.
Place was super filthy. I honestly don’t see myself ever coming back.

THE BEST massage! My wife has been to dozens of places for massage over the past 30 years for serious health and mobility issues and now she has been going weekly to Magic Massage for 1 month. On the first visit she could not bend her knees or walk properly and now she is able to walk every day, exercise, and tie her own shoelaces! We are really, really impressed with these great people who really create magic massages! Lovely people definitely will be a regular customer

What was once a great place to have a massage, my latest experience will ensure I never return, which is a shame as the gentleman Long/Lung? Was always amazing!

Therapist did not ask where problem area was, for 30 minutes focused on one area, pressure was so hard I have bruising (day after) and shoulder pain which was the purpose of my massage still remains.

Therapists spoke loudly to each other over the partitions throughout the majority of the massage and to say the place was dirty would be an understatement.
I don't like negativity but I honestly can't say anything positive about my latest experience at Magic Massage.

I have been seeing Cake once a week for months now and she knows just how to provide the best healing. She knows where to apply the right amount of pressure to help loosen the knots that causes calsification. She is accommodating & flexible with time to suit me as I work shift hours. Very knowledgeble on how to conduct Fewa Fewa therapeutic treatment massage which aids and assist in blood circulation. Her remedial technique is firm but not painful, so is both releasing & relaxing.
The individual room is clean but not of a high standard. She provides professional service & value for money.
While there are many massage therapist available & I have been to many, Cake is the one I always go back to. I recommend hervto anyone I know. Will be visiting her again forcan amazing service.

Excellent massage by Long. He talked me through my pain locations and explained why these areas would be holding tension, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy. Felt great afterwards. Prices are much cheaper than other massage services. Long also explained the benefits of Tai Chi and offered to teach me how to do it, no other massage therapist has been so thorough and caring before. I will definitely be back!

I have made two visits and have been absolutely amazed at the quality of the 2 massages. Both of my masseusers we're technically sound which are not normally found in these walk-in Asian style shops. They accepted private health hicaps as well without that typical additional charge they try and get you with you with. Without doubt this will become a regular for me. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I highly recommend this place, I really liked the gent who did my massage. He didn't have too, but he explained to me where most of my problems are coming from and he simply said, 'with certain stretching I would find I wouldn't need to get as many massages all the time. ' I felt like he did have my best interest at heart.

The best foot massage I have EVER had. I didnt get his name, but the man at the counter massaged my feet while my husband had a back massage. It was the most amazing massage and we both left feeling great. 1000% recommend this place.

I just had my full body massage and the Chinese Lady took over for me, she's so unprofessional. My expectation didn't meet compare the first time I've been there which handled by the other lady. She always left the room (twice) and supposed to be the door must be closed but it's slightly open even when she inside the room. The third times she left the room after she told me it's finished and I'm shocked and said really because you never do any massage in front of my legs, hand and face which I had before. I've asked her if each massager have different type of massage. SO ANNOYING this kind of service.

Whilst shopping at the mall, I came across this shop on the way out when an Asian lady smiled and said "hello" to me. I briefly spoke to her about having a massage and claiming it on my Health Fund card, which was no problem. I was shown into a room which was tidy and had clean towels and prepared for the massage. As I have dad a sore lower back for some time but still prefer a firm rub, the lady (her English was okay) put a towel on my back and carefully applied pressure using her feet whilst she held onto the over head bars affixed to the ceiling. The lady really knew what she was doing and spoke to me several times to make sure I could handle it. Oil was later applied with hot towels to finish and I left 45 mins later feeling pretty good I must say. I'd recommend the stand on back treatment anyday. All up, $20 out of pocket with Health Club rebate. Good value.

O NOT GO HERE! I have never in all my life experienced this level of unprofessional rude customer service. It all started when my husband wanted a massage, so they warmly welcomed him and tried to get me to have a massage aswell but I declined. I go to pay at the end with our private health insurance and after many swipes get told I don't have cover and she needs to write me a receipt! We DO HAVE cover after many many massages claimed in the recent past. I questioned this and she tells me she cannot swipe the card too many time! So she writes me the receipt and I pay in full, at which point she swipes my card and leaves the reception. I proceed to enter my PIN etc and wait for her return.she doesnt return! I take the receipt myself off the eftpos machine and leave. I get home go to claim from my private health only to discover there is no provider number for the business on the receipt. So I call the business and ask them for their provider number, she tells me she cannot give it to me. I tell her I have a carbon copy receipt from her so she will have a copy in her receipt book, give her the date and time name etc only for her to YELL at me and hang up. I ring back, get told she cannot give me details only her boss can she then hangs up on me again. I ring back again, tell her to stop being so rude that Im a paying customer that has done nothing to deserve her rude attitude towards me. BE WARNED THIS PLACE IS DODGY AND THE STAFF ARE RUDE RUDE RUDE!
