7I am very disappointed. This team is a complete fraud. Don't ever go and waste your money. They made me stupid in the name of cupping and my arms. I said 35 minutes. They charged me $95. What a liar, cheater and unprofessional team.be careful with that old lady

Said I wanted a stone massage, & said 40 min plse. It went from 725 to about 5 past 8. She put a piece of material over my back& rubbed it for about 5 min, & then put oil on that was hot & the rocks were.
She didn't let me take my necklaces off, no it's OK it's OK. She pushed me into the bed hard it felt.
The head massage was good & I had my hair pulled a bit which I've never had before, different! Thought that wasn't the right thing to do.
Booked in that morning for a quick neck and shoulders as I had a bad headache from tension and work. Pomy did an amazing job and I left pain free & refreshed. Thank you!
I almost don't want to say how good this place is in case you all spoil it. The real deal, proper Chinese remedial.

Had a decent experience in terms of massage, but was not told until the end that my healthcare card would not be accepted, despite having used the same card at this establishment multiple times before. I was given the excuse (poorly translated through multiple staff) that I could only use my healthcare card Monday to Friday due to a certain staff member working. I still don't fully understand why this is the case when I had used the card, on the weekend, multiple times in the past.
No discount or sympathy was given when I explained my previous experiences and expectations.
I also booked an appointment, but they still didn't know I was attending and asked me for details that were already provided online.
