The worst shipping line in the market in terms of customer services, efficiency and ect.will not recommend to anyone

This company is so bad at everything but taking your money and asking for more after that. "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. "

I emailed them 3 times for a quote, but only received their promotional emails telling me how good they are. Never answered my enquiry.

Went back on pre agreed detention time granted and charged differently for 2 identical containers absolute con artists.avoid like the plague

How do you change EDA one day before the goods is supposed to arrive after changing it multiple times. Very useless company to ship your goods with. Do not use them! It’s been 8 weeks after the first estimated date of arrival and yet we haven’t received our goods. Do not recommend!

As always poor customer service with Maersk Accounts. Specially Rosalia Yap in their Philippines office. Cannot even speak english. Wasted so much of our time. This is the 3rd time. As the saying goes. If you give peanuts you get monkeys. That is what they got in Manila.
